When does this happen?
You shouldn't be forced to lose the spirit of the challenge conditions when you do things that cancel crouch e.g getting hit in the air. You should just have to start crouching instantly when you normally would.
Like, you should be able to get hit in the air by Gobblegut as long as you start crouching again when you hit the ground.
The boss fight segments are quite the fresh segments you've got; found them very enjoyable ;D

High Pitch Cmee? Best character ever lol. I can see The Boss's Desk being legitimate boss fight commentary thing as well... reacting and commentating various boss fights in various video games. That would be something I'd watch

17:48 I really love how when he does the star, "The Shadow Lining," there's a card for him beating Mario Galaxy 2 without a star bit, because in that video, the shadow lining was the hardest level
Oh this is great so far. I'm only 3 minutes in and I'm loving it. You should continue doing stuff like the Peewee Piranha fight announcer bit. It bring so much more character and charm to each video. You're getting so much better with each video that I'm excited to see ya progress.
That announcer bit is used throughout the video, but you probably know this by now.

I think a better way to word this challenge without the semantics would be “Can You Beat SMG2 Without Standing?”
I also hope that the Boss’s Desk segments return. They’re a funny and great way to break up the video.

The boss analysis was so nice. It's transition reminded me of when a new copy ability was introduced in the no jump challenges and the introduction of CMeeCraft with a slightly higher pitched voice was hilarious.

Edit: Future challenge idea: I'm curious about how many jumps it takes to beat Kirby's Extra Epic Yarn. Obviously, the original isn't particularly interesting, but the remake introduces Ravel abilities, which are sort of like Copy Abilities, so there might be some potential there?

I'm pretty sure I've actually seen someone do that challenge before - If I recall correctly, it was pretty interesting thanks to multiplayer allowing access to higher elevations somewhat
Nullwyrm You’re likely thinking of the regular epic yarn no jump done by waluigigoeswa, and that was featuring cmeecraft anyway. Extra epic yarn somewhat re-adds copy abilities which could theoretically remove jumps.

You should do Fire Emblem: Three Houses without using weapons (only Magic, Armless, Batallion Gambits and Adjustants are allowed for combat) and if you value your sanity, you will not do it on Maddening

I once did a similar run, but I just couldn’t spend gold, and I would love to see Craft do a run of this. Then again, I just want more fire emblem challenge runs as a whole.
I'm not sure that would be difficult given how OP magic is, and even unarmed can be on the right character/class combination
Actually, it would be impossible now that I think of it. You can’t beat the prologue without a weapon, as Jeralt refuses to kill Kostas.
Here's a good tough challenge that may take a while: 'How many fights do you have to move in to beat Luigi's Mansion 3'
Essentially you must go through the game and every time you enter a fight you must stop completely in your tracks. You can turn around but you cannot move as Gooigi. A fight is only truly a fight if the ghosts are hostile, the ghosts are capturable and Luigi is trapped in the room. You are able to pull when captuting a ghost though.
TIP: getting hit can be very useful for movement so stock up on gold bones

Something I think you could try in Fluffy Bluff Galaxy is using the Tip Board. Watching his video resets the level, and I think that means he would reset the coins. You could possibly use that to grind the necessary coins for the secret star.
9000 IQ idea
If you're looking for a new challenge video, I'd suggest Kirby Super Star without jumping. I'm curious to see how the different game modes affect the challenge (particularly the Copy Ability rooms in Dynablade and the entirety of Milky Way Wishes.)
It's quite impossible - I'd actually say KSSU without *floating* is more interesting than without jumping. a really fun no-jump is squeak squad
MWW no jump is easy once ya get past the first screen cus the second copy ability on the seasons planet i forgot the name of is Fighter, and once ya get fighter you've basically already won whatever subgame ya got it on

Very nicely for this challenge, mario can use a groundpound to instantly break Peewee's shell, which also gives him a chance to immediately spin to get a hit on the boss. It's unfortunate this wasn't showcased in the video

Great challenge for a great game! I've suggested this before but I'd love to see a no-jump run for Kirby's Dream Land 3. It's one of my favorite older Kirby games!

I know speedrunners use ground pounds to break Pewee Piranha’s shell, so that may have been easier. Also, the rock mushroom’s roll can be canceled with the input for a ground pound, which might have helped in the rolodillo fight.
Interesting, Pewee approach. I wish I had thought of that. As for the rock mushroom I did actually try that a bit but it didn't end up going anywhere so I cut it for time.
Boss Desk commentary is really interesting, I like it and would love to see it become a reocurring thing on your challenge videos, sorta like the Copy Ability segments in your Kirby jumpless videos.

Can you beat Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Rescue Team (original or Switch port) without attacking. This means that all the attacking has to be done by your partner or any Pokémon you find in dungeons but the character you’re playing as can’t attack
Thanks to seeds, rocks, and spikes, yes, you can beat Blue Rescue Team
This was a pretty sick challenge

I love Slightly Pitched's arc. He goes from a brief attention hog who points out Link's Awakening has a jump feature in the Breath of the Wild special, to a long-time supporting commentator who actively tries to take up the least of our time as possible.
Also, yes, the boss's desk should be a recurring thing, even if it describes boss _segments_ of difficulty, not simply boss enemies.

Rules:
1. Start by creating a game with all default settings except for the turn limit which will be set to No Limit. You may also choose your leader but not the computers.
2. You will start with a settler and a warrior. Click the warrior, click its plus button, click the skull, then click yes to delete it
3. You are allowed to use any unit that can neither instigate nor retaliate (anti-air retaliates). You are also allowed to use religious units (not including warrior monks)
4. Attacking with city walls and encampments are allowed
5. Nuclear devices and thermonuclear devices are prohibited
6. You cannot levy the military of a city-state, but you can let its AI fight
7. Get a non-military victory

eh drill doesnt REALLY seem to ruin the spirit of the challange, cause now mario has a completly different moveset while holding it, you cant wall jump, crouch, or do an air spin without drilling through the ground, so aside from mario not doing a specific challange while holding the drill and being in the same region as crouch mode mario he should be considered a different version of mario like spring mario
also if spring mario is a form that cant crouch and cant be unequiped until damaged then drill should also be counted as a "transformation" cause mario cant stop being drill mario until he gets hit, cause it cant be unequipped until u use a launch star
@@deluxxyfan7tristanwood961 calling them “transformations” instead of “powerups” was only done to remove the spin drill. The spin drill is the only required power up

I have an idea for a challenge. Beat Kirby without gaining any Copy Abilities. I dunno which game would be the most interesting but you should be able to beat any enemy in most if not all games
Honestly, I feel like as long as your not using glitches, the “spirit of the challenge” rule isn’t being broken when you’re using powerups
Is it possible to beat advance wars campaign without using infantry (aka any infantry you start with can't move attack or capture and you can't build infantry. Mechs are still fair game and them counterattacking is legal.
Remember, everything is posible with the power ir backflips!

Hey, I had an idea for a run for a game called "Chroma Squad", which is a fun RPG that's a parody of sentai shows
the challenge being "Can You Beat Chroma Squad without Transforming?"
Basically just get through all the level without having your main team transform to their ranger forms
There are a few instances of forced changing n cutscenes, but I feel it's still worth discussing regardless
another idea could be "Can you beat Chroma Squad without Special Moves?" which is a bit more legally possible, but likely a lot more masochistic

god imagine being bowser, thinking you've concocted your most evil plan yet - a plan of galactic proportions! - only for mario to think it's too easy and flex on you by literally backflipping his way through your fortress
and when he's not backflipping, he's WADDLING. the INSULT-
The Shadow Lining in No Star Bits: Over 10 minutes of dreading, prepping, and attempting (and likely several hours in real time)
The Shadow Lining in Always Crouching: Literally less than 5 seconds in video time and all it gets is “let’s do it with ease.”

Another good video idea would be three houses without doing anything past the bare minimum of what the game asks you to do in free time mode. I’d also rule out shops and stuff from the challenge to make it harder. So this would rule out stuff like mealtimes, giving gifts, spa, fishing, gardening, amiibo, the hide and seek game, the training room, and probably some other stuff I’m forgetting

Grounded spins like for traveling through launch stars and damaging enemy’s would be cool. Also spins when you’re suspended in the star radius would be cool. I know when I play Galaxy, I’m midair spinning constantly, and it would be cool to see if it’s possible to finish the game without it
