The models were done in zBrush, maps were baked in handplane3D. Texturing was done in Photoshop and 3DCoat. The lowpolies, rigging, animation, effects, lighting and shading were done in Maya, and the project was rendered in Arnold and composited in Nuke. The mother's ghost was done in QuillVR. I'm unsure what the sound/music guys used. I also used AfterEffects for storyboarding, animatics and final assembly.
