But, I can tell you the Sphinx at Giza is one of the oldest statues in existence and was built for/by Pharaoh Kahfre in the 4th dynasty (around 2558 BCE - 4,577 years ago). Pharaoh Djoser/Zoser and his architect Imhotep built the first step-pyramid in the 3rd dynasty (around 2686 BCE - 4,705 years ago). So according to the accepted science, the step pyramid would pre-date the Sphinx at Giza by about 128 years. It is hard to know for sure, especially since the Sphinx is mentioned much more in the New Kingdom era due to Pharaoh Thutmose IV's (1397 BCE) fascination with the statue. Hope this helps!

Oh my god i received a response from thé Glow herself! I feel like i am dreaming i am screeching internally like a child. Lol
