I am looking at doing something similar down here in Oregon but have a few questions. How old do the kids need to be before they can go with their mom? From your experience how much land does a goat clear on average?

As far as land it really really depends on what the vegetation is like. We have an online course with Lakeland college and alberta lamb that I’m teaching that’s opening in February specifically for targeted grazing!
