@@licknelon3076 this car accelerates very slowly so SF is a bad idea as it has a lot of hilly roads, I would say LS near the mall is a flat enough area for him to try and lose them between buildings

He's playing on SA-MP (San Andreas Multiplayer). Just Google it, you'll find the website where you can download it and view all the available servers to join. The server he is playing on is called LSRP which requires you to submit an application before you can join.
