(I forgot which) star fragments can be obtained by completing afo raids or awakening raids (in the ua school) each raid will grant you 350 star fragments when the when the math is done, you would need to complete 41 - 43 raids. to get the awakening itself, you would need to talk to an npc that will spawn once you have completed an awakening raid (the one at ua) he will offer you to awaken your moves for a set amount of star fragments. the 1st move will cost 350 or 1000 (according to my terrible memory) the 2nd move will cost 2k star fragments,the 3rd move will cost 3k star fragments, so on and so fourth.
