She's a false teacher. Gods word says a women should not teach. Let alone a dead women. You are seriously mislead and misleading others. You say the Holy Spirit... Not true. The Holy Spirit would never lead people from God's word.

Over the years after she passed into glory, I had privilege to work with some of her remaining staff Ruth Fisher and Maryon Marsh and her ministry foundation. I’ve been privileged to preach in over 40 nations of the world and see thousands come to Jesus and hundreds and hundreds healed by the power of God. I will be forever grateful for Kathryn Kuhlman and her staff who were dear friends who dedicated their lives to Jesus. They introduced me to Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit.

9 years ago GOD introduced me to Kathryn Kuhlman through an Angel in a dream. I had never seen her videos or pictures. I was shocked when I googled her she looked like the woman, I had met in my dreams. I strongly believe GOD used Kathryn and still uses her as an example to the ministry of THE HOLY SPIRIT.
I believe am one of those female 2013 i received prophecy that God has called to the ministry similar to Kathyrn and he ask me to book her book and i did not know so i got the book glimse of glory.when i read the book i started vibrating until i stop reading. Yu, Dora (Yu Cidu) (1873-1931) Chinese Evangelist And Missionary To Korea Dora Yu is one of the earliest preachers to have cut financial support from the West and completely “lived by faith.” She founded the Bible Study and Prayer House, which later became Jiangwan Bible School in Shanghai, as well as winter and summer Bible Study classes, and trained many qualified preachers for the Chinese church. The results of her spiritual fruit played an important role in the twentieth century Chinese church revival movement. In one of her revival meetings in Fuzhou, Watchman Nee, hearing her messages, became a reborn Christian and fully dedicated himself to serve God. Dora Yu was a messenger of God’s work of revival, well aware of the importance of spiritual gifts, but her focus on “the life of God” surpassed her focus on “God’s gifts.” She said, “We must use the various gifts of the Holy Spirit to serve God, but if a gift isn’t under the control of the life of love of Jesus Christ, it can become a dangerous thing. Many people overemphasize spiritual gifts, causing the loss of the function of their work as being service to God, like a ship run aground.” Dora Yu’s abilities in preaching and service were born of a desire to pursue union with Him who is the head, that is, Christ. Her goal was to live continually in the presence of God, so that, as she wrote, God would “purify my thoughts and words,” so as to maintain “consistency between my life before God and my life before people.” In prayer she asked God to: “1) keep me living in the heavenly realm; 2) keep me dead to sin and alive in God; 3) give me a spirit of obedience and childlike compliance with God’s will; 4) possess my life and prompt me to take into account the needs of others; 5) soak me with his love, so that I might be like God in my love towards others; 6) help me see the things of this world from God’s point of view and always watchfully await the return of the Lord of glory.” Dora Yu often guided believers in the perspective that a Christian should not only deal with past sins committed, but should daily overcome everyday sins. Although she was a powerful evangelist, she would humbly and honestly say, “although I am still very naive in many ways, and ignorant as well, yet God has nonetheless used my feeble witness to bless His people.” Dora Yu continued to be invited to lead revivals in various regions of the country: in Suzhou in 1911 and in Ningbo in 1912 and 1913. In 1919, Dora Yu and a well-known female missionary Ruth Paxon joined the China Domestic Mission. Their common pursuits and ministry knit them close together. In 1920, Dora Yu went to Fuzhou for two months to start revivals there and was met with great success. It was at these revival meetings that Watchman Nee’s mother Lin Heping (Peace Lin) was born again. Shortly thereafter, a seventeen-year-old Watchman Nee also heard Dora Yu’s messages, resulting in his dedicating his life completely to Christ and attending her Bible school in Shanghai. It could be said that without Dora Yu, there would be no Watchman Nee. In addition to Nee’s mother, Dora Yu also had a spiritual impact on brothers Wang Zai and Wang Zhi and many young people. In 1924, an American missionary, Mrs. Henry Woods, set up a multi-church joint committee of church leaders to launch a “Global Revival Prayer Movement,” in which Dora Yu was one of the only Chinese participants. During the great Shanghai church revival of 1925, Dora Yu and Wang Zai worked together, stirring up revival in churches that had been lukewarm for many years; hundreds of people in the revival meetings burst into tears and repented. Furthermore, more than 50 young believers decided to devote their lives to mission work, including Chinese and foreign ministers and church leaders, such as Ji Zhiwen (Andrew Gih), Zhou Zhiyu, Lan Ruxi, Shi Meiyu (Mary Stone), Jennie V. Hughes, Zhao Shiguang and others. Many years of travel and toil overworked Dora Yu such that in her later years she was unable to bear much work. In the spring of 1931, when the torch was passed from her hand to China’s new generation of missionaries, Dora Yu was finally freed from many years of disease, finding permanent rest in Shanghai. Through her faith, though she died, she still speaks (cf. Hebrews 11:4). And this morning (South African time) immediately when I woke up this still small voice kept saying EVANGALIST EVANGALIST! on my way to the bathroom and back, I even laughed and with disbelief I said it out "Me Lord evangelist??? I've spend the rest of my day trying to find out what is an evangelist ,the role and not that I do not know what is to evangelize but I felt God is calling me specifically to an office of an evangelist . When you mentioned the Asian woman I thought of Gladys Aylward. She was British, but spent her life ministering mainly in China. She wore Chinese clothing. Her biography is The Small Woman by Alan Burgess. A treasure of a book; highly recommended.
The Lord called some of us women to prayer. We prayed and sought the Lord with everything in us. I will say that God is not a respecter of person and He will use whom He chooses. This includes women doing great exploits as well. Amen!

And the best part about it is that He doesn't your permission when it comes to my destiny or any other woman's. He's chooses who is worthy and He looks at the heart. Amen to that!!!

I always pray and ask God if people are of Him or not; and I ask Him for more discernment so I will know if I'm watching something that is not of Him. There are many "self-proclaimed" prophets, but not all are anointed and chosen from God as prophets. There is a difference between a prophetic gift and a prophet. And yes, God will direct our steps if we ask Him to.

Praise the Lord that strong women of God are being called by God to enter into the great commission! I am old and I remember being drawn to Kathryn Kuhlman, but I really did know what to make of her. My spouse, long ago and long before we met, went with a few friends to see her and were invited back stage while she was still ministering. I am told that they were actually joking and making fun of her. One of the group had been diagnosed with rapidly advancing brain cancer, and when Kathryn Kuhlman walked off stage she walked right up to that man, laid hands on him and prayed for him (despite the fact they had all been making fun of her). He was confirmed healed of his brain cancer after his next exam.
In my country, South Africa, women have been in ministry for more than twenty years. I wouldn't want to be on a pulpit myself, but I love seeing other women there. I have a prayer request: I've been living in Japan, where only about 1% of the population is Christian, for a long time. I'm an English teacher, so there is no way, especially in this culture, that I could mention religion to my students. One of my students in an adult class is blind in the one eye due to an accident. I don't see myself as someone with a gift of healing - God does the healing, but I have seen miracles twice when I prayed, confirmed by doctors, so I keep wishing I could pray for his eye. There's no way I can do it out loud in class, but I do it silently, every Tuesday when I teach them. Please pray with me that he will be healed during a lesson, to the glory of God and for the sake of my students, Japanese school counsellors and American co-teacher who don't know that our God is real. But also for the sake of my student, who is shy, sensitive and quiet, and I think partly because of his blind eye. He once said in a lesson, when they were learning how to talk about regrets, that he wished he hadn't had the accident. There's an amazing spirit of love and acceptance among the four of them, a lot of joy, laughter and sharing, although their personalities differ vastly, so I have a feeling that the Spirit of God is there with us in a special way.
I would suggest that you continue to ask God for direction and pray in the spirit every day for this beautiful boy. Pray more before your lessons with him. Bless you all and may Japan be flooded with the Holy Spirit.

I just saw this video today, and when you mentioned the vision of the 'Asian' woman wearing clothes from the '30s, I thought of Aimee MacPherson, who was not Asian, but who, with her first husband, was a missionary to China. She became probably the most famous, and most effective, evangelist of her time. I'm getting a lot out of your videos. God bless you and yours.

Kathryn Kulhmans deep love of God is still shinning bright, even today. It's amazing How the Holy Spirit uses her work on earth so many years ago to bless us in this age. I keep coming back to the idea that the Holy Spirit is the only thing people need. He is the cure for everything!

I am working out my own salvation with fear and trembling, per Philippians 2:12 (and v.13), though I'm sure you would tell me I do not understand what I'm reading there. To me it means that I must stay close to my Abba Father, measure everything by His Word, not seek Him through man, though He may use man to teach me. Rely heavily on the precious Holy Spirit. Listen more than speak. Your idea that sanctification takes years of training is partially right. The moment I came to Christ I was "sanctified" - which means I was "set apart" for His purpose that very moment, and this was permanent. From that point on, no matter where I was in my 'walk,' I could never lose my eternal salvation.** However, "sanctification" is a process that comes through "washing of water with the Word." I was sanctified before I pursued sanctification, and sanctification is a process that will never end as long as I am in a body of flesh. But no man can judge another man's progress by his own experience. The Holy Spirit supersedes any argument regarding how long the sanctification process may take - some may take longer than others but He determines it all. The more willing we are to lay down our lives, the more we are able to receive from Him... As far as women are concerned, does it escape anyone that Mary Magdalene was the first person to see the resurrected Lord? Mark 16:9, John 20:17. Not to mention, she was told to, "Go, and TELL the others..." by Jesus, Himself. Technically, this makes her a 'messenger' - which effectively would've made her the first 'apostle,' of course that was not a culturally acceptable position for Mary in that day. But Mary was cool about it - she didn't throw a hissy fit and demand to be one of the boys. She didn't raise a protest group. She already knew she was special. I'm sure she went on about the rest of her life being the humble and blessed servant of God that Jesus made her to be. Galatians 3:28 says there are no longer distinctions, spiritually, between men and women, but it's taken a while for some to get the memo. No, I will never claim to be a man, or try to usurp a man's position, but I can teach and preach - if I'm following your thought process correctly, you, and your male children, could never have female teachers because that would put a woman in authority over you/them, or do you make distinctions between secular and spiritual? We don't all have it right...never did. That's why we're a Body that needs it's other parts that are different from us. God works with us individually - with whatever we've got, wherever we're at - He can do ALL things...and He's not standing around with a yardstick to measure or smack us. ** You are probably one of those folk who believe you can lose your salvation. Balderdash!! If one could possibly lose their salvation, what does that say about the God of Love? That His promises are lies - He is not really Love at all, but cruel - to give us so great a gift as salvation and then snatch it away because we are unable to perform some work?? I don't think so. That sounds like a set-up straight from hell. His yoke is easy, His burden is light. Jesus paid it ALL - FOREVER. Grace is not greasy. I maintain that if one COULD lose their salvation it is only because they never knew the Lord in the first place. When you know Him for real, you will never let Him go!! You just couldn't! That would be the truest definition of insanity. I've been in the process of sanctification for 36 yrs. Anathema Maranatha!

No one can remove me from my Savior's hand, He guarantees it. I stand by my original response to you. I don't argue the fact that once we have a firm grip on Truth of the Word of God we will have what we need to counter the evil one. But scripture tells us that the devil walks around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour...uh, that would be Christians - he's already got the unsaved world under his control. Why are Christians told to take up the whole armor of God? Why do we need armor in the first place? Because the enemy NEVER stops sending those fiery darts. We are in a war of spiritual proportions. I think you are lost and just don't recognize it yet. I'll be praying for you.

I had a Damascus Rd experience that turned me from a persecutor of Christians to a true believer. My encounter with the Living God was undeniable, and no man, nor devil from hell, could ever shake me from what He showed me then, and continues to show me now. Bottom line, it's all about the 2 specific commandments that Jesus gave us - Love the LORD, your God with everything you've got, and love your neighbor...

@@mikerutkowski7265 Thanks Mike that was an amazing testimony. Very interesting. The problem I have with it is it conflicts with so many stories and lessons in the bible. First about overcoming sin, you said as an overcomer you should not, "have sickness, disease or disabilities in your life." JOB who obeyed God like you claimed to do was struck suddenly with sickness, disease and crippling disabilities in like one day. Paul also pleaded with God that a thorn in his side would be taken away but God answered him, "my grace is sufficient". When Ananias didn't want to baptize Paul in the Holy Spirit because he persecuted so many believer's in acts God replied to him, Acts 9:16 "I will show him how much he must suffer for my name.” These basic verses seem to conflict from your testimony of overcoming sin and not having to suffer anymore. I have no desire in my heart to prove you wrong. I'm grateful you spent your time honestly trying to help others with your comment. I want to try and understand you and help you now also. Maybe I'm misunderstanding you from the first read of your comment but you appear to be in denial about suffering and having to carry your cross. Being honest, you come off like cult leader by issuing a threat that anyone who disagrees with you is blaspheming the Holy Spirit and will never be forgiven and there is no need to respond.... Scary and Culty. There is another pastor who says they overcame sin and has also restored the Garden of Eden in Davao, Philippines. He also said for 5 years he was tested in the mountains to sin But overcame it completely. He claimed to restore the Garden of Eden in the city of Davao. 20 years ago he said "he was A son of god" but now he claims. "He IS the son of God. Even if there is no repetitive sin in your life, you didn't conquer it by yourself. A free gift that only comes through Jesus Christ. So instead of being boastful about being better than other Christians shouldn't you be humble and thank God for setting you free from sin, freedom you didn't deserve but was given to you by God anyways?

Your thesis on sin and sickness is very interesting but still comes off with an Achilles heel. I totally agree there is a strong connection between sickness and sin so we don't need to go back and forth on that issue. What I disagree on is being an overcomer makes us impervious to being sick or experiencing poverty. Have you really read the full story of JOB? From beginning to end? Job is a righteous man who follows God completely. The devil asks God to test JOB. God agrees (diseases/sickness follow). His friends try and comfort him saying His sickness is the cause of sin. JOB denies he sinned. His friends continue to try and tell JOB he's sinned Or why would God do this to you? God shows up and tells JOB's friends they sinned by telling JOB the wrong thing. That JOB would pray for them and God would forgive JOB's friend's sin of speaking lies to JOB. God answers JOB as to why he was cursed and diseased. Let me know what God said after you read it. : ) Before I finish I just wanted to mention Katherine Kulhman who you said was sent from the devil had a similar theory to yours saying, "Jesus not only died for our sins but for our diseases too". Your statement, "why would a loving God who loves you and heals you want to make you sick?" I ask you why would God kill our body if he loves us? Yet we die and he does destroy it and he still does love us. Our flesh is sinful it is present with you and me and continually fights with our spirit. Being born of the spirit and an overcomer(according to you) you should look forward to the day your able to unzip the flesh off and be able to be with God without being encased in it. Instead of being joyful that Gods Grace(something you didnt deserve) saved you and has helped you overcome (as you say) you seem to be boastful and proud looking down on other Christians as if your salvation was achieved by yourself. Pride comes before a fall. You proclaimed yourself to be from God while not giving "Thanks to Jesus" even once? With two long comments glorifying yourself you didn't even say "All Glory be to God" even one time? So I'll end this comment by saying it for the both of us and I hope you repeat this at your end. The meaning is not just about stopping habitual sin its also about holding on to to your faith in Jesus Christ through horrific trials. KJV Revelations 2 talks about not just overcoming sin but being faithful to Jesus Christ through horrific persecution to obtain the title of overcomer (victorious one) those that "did not deny My faith". Did you read all of JOB from beginning to end? Pull up a chair get some wine or hot tea and read the whole book from beginning to end. Its only a few hours read and its life changing. Tell me what you think about the end. Jesus is more than a blessing for mankind. I don't know why you keep saying that? He is so much more than a blessing. We are saved by Grace and not by our works. We owe everything to Jesus! Everything! All glory to God through Jesus Christ is repeated so many times in the new testament but not once by you. There is a struggle between the Holy Spirit and the sinful flesh. Overcoming is achieved by following the Spirit and denying our ever present sinful flesh. 1 (Romans 8:5) "Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires." (Romans 8:14) "For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God." So following the Holy Spirit and not our ever-present sinful flesh you overcome sin but your sinful body is always with you. Paul exemplifies this by crying out(Romans 7:24)"What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death?" And like you said again and again and again and seem to love repeating scarring baby Christians, those that follow the flesh and deny the Spirit are the children of the devil who are going to the lake of fire(or some other place in hell) if they keep denying Gods spirit. But Me and you Mike will follow the Spirit with loving kindness and do everything we can to help them(not condemn them) turn from following the flesh and show them that following the Holy Spirit is so much better. With loving kindness : )
Thank you so much for these blessed words. I believe every lady called into ministry in these latter days should ride on specific words and prophecies that God has given them. And when they know for certain that they've been called they should go all out with the Gospel not afraid of what people would say... I am a true testimony of these words. Born into a family with a strong Muslim background and a thick religious mindset, I had to pull through the walls of opposition knowing fully well God got my back, and I didn't choose myself but he chose me and ordained me to be a prophet to the nations.

You just brought confirmation to me and helped me to know that God has called me to a specific ministry. I have watched Kathryn for several years. My husband had stage 4 cancer that was rare. I ask God to show me how to pray and believe for my husband’s healing! He brought me to Kathryn and some other healing ministries! I ask for the gift of laying hands and to be used for healing! Satan used so many people to discourage me and basically make me feel like He could not use me! Thank you so much Troy, God led me to you this morning to be blessed and so encouraged. I cannot begin to tell you what it means to me as a woman to be blessed and honored by a man of God, it is so the heart of Jesus ! I will be 65 years old this year and feel like I've been waiting a long time to be fully released by God into healing ministery. When I was saved on my 18th birthday I was introduced to a healing Jesus and have prayed for people to be healed for years, but what I see and feel in my spirit , the growing out of new limbs, opening of blind eyes, healing miracles unlimited, I have not seen yet, and I yearn for this even to the point of tears. About 20 years ago my pastor said he saw a Kathryn Kuhlman annointing on me and I was just remembering that this morning before I unexpectedly came across your video, so I am overwhelmed with joy to hear you share your vision with us. TROY you're so amazing on Kathryn!! She was truly the most enigmatic spiritual woman of the 20th Century and though she never claimed a gift of the Spirit, she was a voice of reason for that age and today.
Nowhere in scripture does it teach that the gifts of the Spirit ceased after the Bible was completed. Quite to the contrary, it says the gift is for you, your children, and all that are far off.

I know a story of an Asian woman, I heard about when I was a teenager. God led her to the house of a man, and she went to his house and testified of Jesus and salvation and he became a Christian. I don't remember all the other details but I think of this story every now and then to remind me that God can use a woman to minister for God. Thank you for this video because I have been wondering if it was ok to move forward in my life to minister to others.
He gave some to be apostles, prophets...for the perfection of the saints (not men) for the work of ministry. God doesn't waste resources, why would he fill women with the Holy Spirit for nothing? Didn't he say we shall receive power and be witnesses? Didn't Paul write neither jew nor Greek, neither male nor female...?

Katherine was a Divine Woman sent of God. The airports cleared the terminal when she was there because she had such a powerful presence and and anointing of God that whoever she passed would fall under the presence of Gods power.

Thank you for this encouragement. When God called me to preach, I struggled with it for a long time. I ran from the call and just recently really surrendered and accepted that call. It's scary stepping behind the pulpit and it still feels strange being called an evangelist. Many people take offense to a female preacher. I have learned to not have bias toward people who preach the gospel. I used to doubt some of them, mostly those who seemed eccentric to me, those who I didn’t like how they sounded when they talked or preached. now I realize it was me that had a bias and I don’t do this anymore, I consider what they are saying, I’ve realized that they are preaching the Word of God

This means that we need to empty ourselves of all we want, desires, wishes, for Him to place HIS instead. "It's no longer I that liveth but Christ that liveth in me". This is for all who want to follow Jesus (He will see how He wants to use each of us). When we are doing this, then we only preach if He sends us to preach. We need to be led by Him, we are not to do anything independently from Him.
God already gave us the responsibility to preach the Gospel anyway. Do we need any special calling other than being save and filled with the Holy Spirit???
If God calls you into one of the offices of the 5 fold ministry, then you will be led to walk in that specific office. When you are called, God will specifically make ways for you to achieve what he has planned for you. Not to say that he would not make a way if you were not called into, just say, the office of Pastoral workings, but for you to be fully blessed in all of your workings, you would want to be called for that specific office. It is hard enough to be a Christian with how dedicated the enemy is against us. So, if we are not specifically called to do a specific work, then we are not walking in his divine purpose for our lives and we could potentially open up doors that lead down a path he does not want us traveling.

Brother last year i suddenly love to listen to Kathryn Kuhlman. And one night i dreamed she said in her own slowly voice to me. "You are me" 3 times. After a few mounths an old friend come and visit me she'd become a Apostle and she invite me to a conference as a speaker. But before she came. The Lord was encountered me with a word I'd never heard before. About His Kingdom that we ask Him in the prayer He teach His dissiples. "Let Your kingdom come"It's a mounth now that im prepared for it. He give me scripture about it. I serve Him 40 years but this will be my first word to give. Please pray for me and give me more clarity.

Troy, the afternoon before I was ordained, I had a vision while I was driving home. I saw the end of a ceremony. I was near the stage and I saw a woman at the back of the stage. She walked to the front of the stage and extended her hand. The light shone on her as she said Welcome to the Ministry. It was Kathryn Kuhlman. The night of the ordination after being blessed the senior minister said there were two angels putting a mantle on me. Howard

What a wonderful blessing from our Lord! So much of conservative Christianity tells women that God only wants them to take care of the children during services or clean the restrooms. I have seen, on many occasions, women used of God in wonderful ways. I agree with Troy's prophetic message that women, if they are called by our Lord, need not fear to step out in faith and do the work that God has set before you. Praise God.

You see, there are so many people, that'll just accept any "New", "Revolutionary", & "Up to date" thing that comes along nowadays, and they've been doing that, for as long as I can remember...and even before that, I reckon. So many people on this site have praised this young man, up one side, down the other, and straight back up the middle! You don’t know me, how long I have served Jesus, how many hours a day I pray, how I fast, what ministries I am part of working with the poorest of the poor, with no salary for myself, speaking and preaching the gospel (as a woman) to lost souls from my own country and others. You don’t know what God has anointed me for or what He’s put me into for the salvation of souls and to feed the hungry and to bind their wounds. If God puts me in places and positions to teach His words, to declare freedom to men and women and children who are suffering then I really do not need to listen to words meant to condemn women. I hear God speak to me and move when He says to move. I go into areas many men fear to tread.

I agree with Troy´s words. As he says, we have to be careful with our judgments. As a matter of fact, Jesus doesn´t say we don´t have to jugde. He says we have to judge, but with rightful judgement, not according to appearance (John 7:24) or according to flesh (John 8:15). We have to pay attention to the calling of each one. I came to the Lord listening to Kathryn Kuhlman on tv in the 70’s.
I came to the Lord many many years ago in Miss Kuhlman’s meetings. Over the years after she passed into glory, I had privilege to work with some of her remaining staff Ruth Fisher and Maryon Marsh and her ministry foundation. I’ve been privileged to preach in over 40 nations of the world and see thousands come to Jesus and hundreds and hundreds healed by the power of God. I will be forever grateful for Kathryn Kuhlman and her staff who were dear friends who dedicated their lives to Jesus. They introduced me to Jesus and the power of the Holy Spirit.

9 years ago GOD introduced me to Kathryn Kuhlman through an Angel in a dream. I had never seen her videos or pictures. I was shocked when I googled her she looked like the woman, I had met in my dreams. I strongly believe GOD used Kathryn and still uses her as an example to the ministry of THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Chinese Evangelist And Missionary To Korea
Dora Yu is one of the earliest preachers to have cut financial support from the West and completely “lived by faith.” She founded the Bible Study and Prayer House, which later became Jiangwan Bible School in Shanghai, as well as winter and summer Bible Study classes, and trained many qualified preachers for the Chinese church. The results of her spiritual fruit played an important role in the twentieth century Chinese church revival movement. In one of her revival meetings in Fuzhou, Watchman Nee, hearing her messages, became a reborn Christian and fully dedicated himself to serve God.
Dora Yu was a messenger of God’s work of revival, well aware of the importance of spiritual gifts, but her focus on “the life of God” surpassed her focus on “God’s gifts.” She said, “We must use the various gifts of the Holy Spirit to serve God, but if a gift isn’t under the control of the life of love of Jesus Christ, it can become a dangerous thing. Many people overemphasize spiritual gifts, causing the loss of the function of their work as being service to God, like a ship run aground.”
Dora Yu’s abilities in preaching and service were born of a desire to pursue union with Him who is the head, that is, Christ. Her goal was to live continually in the presence of God, so that, as she wrote, God would “purify my thoughts and words,” so as to maintain “consistency between my life before God and my life before people.” In prayer she asked God to: “1) keep me living in the heavenly realm; 2) keep me dead to sin and alive in God; 3) give me a spirit of obedience and childlike compliance with God’s will; 4) possess my life and prompt me to take into account the needs of others; 5) soak me with his love, so that I might be like God in my love towards others; 6) help me see the things of this world from God’s point of view and always watchfully await the return of the Lord of glory.” Dora Yu often guided believers in the perspective that a Christian should not only deal with past sins committed, but should daily overcome everyday sins. Although she was a powerful evangelist, she would humbly and honestly say, “although I am still very naive in many ways, and ignorant as well, yet God has nonetheless used my feeble witness to bless His people.”
Dora Yu continued to be invited to lead revivals in various regions of the country: in Suzhou in 1911 and in Ningbo in 1912 and 1913. In 1919, Dora Yu and a well-known female missionary Ruth Paxon joined the China Domestic Mission. Their common pursuits and ministry knit them close together. In 1920, Dora Yu went to Fuzhou for two months to start revivals there and was met with great success. It was at these revival meetings that Watchman Nee’s mother Lin Heping (Peace Lin) was born again. Shortly thereafter, a seventeen-year-old Watchman Nee also heard Dora Yu’s messages, resulting in his dedicating his life completely to Christ and attending her Bible school in Shanghai. It could be said that without Dora Yu, there would be no Watchman Nee. In addition to Nee’s mother, Dora Yu also had a spiritual impact on brothers Wang Zai and Wang Zhi and many young people. In 1924, an American missionary, Mrs. Henry Woods, set up a multi-church joint committee of church leaders to launch a “Global Revival Prayer Movement,” in which Dora Yu was one of the only Chinese participants. During the great Shanghai church revival of 1925, Dora Yu and Wang Zai worked together, stirring up revival in churches that had been lukewarm for many years; hundreds of people in the revival meetings burst into tears and repented. Furthermore, more than 50 young believers decided to devote their lives to mission work, including Chinese and foreign ministers and church leaders, such as Ji Zhiwen (Andrew Gih), Zhou Zhiyu, Lan Ruxi, Shi Meiyu (Mary Stone), Jennie V. Hughes, Zhao Shiguang and others.
Many years of travel and toil overworked Dora Yu such that in her later years she was unable to bear much work. In the spring of 1931, when the torch was passed from her hand to China’s new generation of missionaries, Dora Yu was finally freed from many years of disease, finding permanent rest in Shanghai. Through her faith, though she died, she still speaks (cf. Hebrews 11:4). At Dora Yu’s memorial service, Hu Yunlin, a female evangelist of the ‘thirties and ‘forties, moved by Dora Yu’s life and story, dedicated her whole life to the Lord.

I've spend the rest of my day trying to find out what is an evangelist ,the role and not that I do not know what is to evangelize but I felt God is calling me specifically to an office of an evangelist . This evening, June 13th 2021, God healed a woman of being mute for 3 months. after Kathryn Krick prayed for her she could speak! God is using this woman in mighty ways.
When you mentioned the Asian woman I thought of Gladys Aylward. She was British, but spent her life ministering mainly in China. She wore Chinese clothing. Her biography is The Small Woman by Alan Burgess. A treasure of a book; highly recommended.
Her documentary is also available on RUclips. She was committed to the assignment, wonderful story.

The Lord called some of us women to prayer. We prayed and sought the Lord with everything in us. I will say that God is not a respecter of person and He will use whom He chooses. This includes women doing great exploits as well. Amen!

I always pray and ask God if people are of Him or not; and I ask Him for more discernment so I will know if I'm watching something that is not of Him. There are many "self-proclaimed" prophets, but not all are anointed and chosen from God as prophets. There is a difference between a prophetic gift and a prophet. And yes, God will direct our steps if we ask Him to.

Praise the Lord that strong women of God are being called by God to enter into the great commission! I am old and I remember being drawn to Kathryn Kuhlman, but I really did know what to make of her. My spouse, long ago and long before we met, went with a few friends to see her and were invited back stage while she was still ministering. I am told that they were actually joking and making fun of her. One of the group had been diagnosed with rapidly advancing brain cancer, and when Kathryn Kuhlman walked off stage she walked right up to that man, laid hands on him and prayed for him (despite the fact they had all been making fun of her). He was confirmed healed of his brain cancer after his next exam.

In my country, South Africa, women have been in ministry for more than twenty years. I wouldn't want to be on a pulpit myself, but I love seeing other women there.
I have a prayer request: I've been living in Japan, where only about 1% of the population is Christian, for a long time. I'm an English teacher, so there is no way, especially in this culture, that I could mention religion to my students. One of my students in an adult class is blind in the one eye due to an accident. I don't see myself as someone with a gift of healing - God does the healing, but I have seen miracles twice when I prayed, confirmed by doctors, so I keep wishing I could pray for his eye. There's no way I can do it out loud in class, but I do it silently, every Tuesday when I teach them. Please pray with me that he will be healed during a lesson, to the glory of God and for the sake of my students, Japanese school counsellors and American co-teacher who don't know that our God is real. But also for the sake of my student, who is shy, sensitive and quiet, and I think partly because of his blind eye. He once said in a lesson, when they were learning how to talk about regrets, that he wished he hadn't had the accident. There's an amazing spirit of love and acceptance among the four of them, a lot of joy, laughter and sharing, although their personalities differ vastly, so I have a feeling that the Spirit of God is there with us in a special way.
I would suggest that you continue to ask God for direction and pray in the spirit every day for this beautiful boy. Pray more before your lessons with him. Bless you all and may Japan be flooded with the Holy Spirit.

I just saw this video today, and when you mentioned the vision of the 'Asian' woman wearing clothes from the '30s, I thought of Aimee MacPherson, who was not Asian, but who, with her first husband, was a missionary to China. She became probably the most famous, and most effective, evangelist of her time.

I am working out my own salvation with fear and trembling, per Philippians 2:12 (and v.13), though I'm sure you would tell me I do not understand what I'm reading there. To me it means that I must stay close to my Abba Father, measure everything by His Word, not seek Him through man, though He may use man to teach me. Rely heavily on the precious Holy Spirit. Listen more than speak.
Your idea that sanctification takes years of training is partially right. The moment I came to Christ I was "sanctified" - which means I was "set apart" for His purpose that very moment, and this was permanent. From that point on, no matter where I was in my 'walk,' I could never lose my eternal salvation.** However, "sanctification" is a process that comes through "washing of water with the Word." I was sanctified before I pursued sanctification, and sanctification is a process that will never end as long as I am in a body of flesh. But no man can judge another man's progress by his own experience. The Holy Spirit supersedes any argument regarding how long the sanctification process may take - some may take longer than others but He determines it all. The more willing we are to lay down our lives, the more we are able to receive from Him...
As far as women are concerned, does it escape anyone that Mary Magdalene was the first person to see the resurrected Lord? Mark 16:9, John 20:17. Not to mention, she was told to, "Go, and TELL the others..." by Jesus, Himself. Technically, this makes her a 'messenger' - which effectively would've made her the first 'apostle,' of course that was not a culturally acceptable position for Mary in that day. But Mary was cool about it - she didn't throw a hissy fit and demand to be one of the boys. She didn't raise a protest group. She already knew she was special. I'm sure she went on about the rest of her life being the humble and blessed servant of God that Jesus made her to be. Galatians 3:28 says there are no longer distinctions, spiritually, between men and women, but it's taken a while for some to get the memo. No, I will never claim to be a man, or try to usurp a man's position, but I can teach and preach - if I'm following your thought process correctly, you, and your male children, could never have female teachers because that would put a woman in authority over you/them, or do you make distinctions between secular and spiritual? We don't all have it right...never did. That's why we're a Body that needs it's other parts that are different from us. God works with us individually - with whatever we've got, wherever we're at - He can do ALL things...and He's not standing around with a yardstick to measure or smack us.
** You are probably one of those folk who believe you can lose your salvation. Balderdash!! If one could possibly lose their salvation, what does that say about the God of Love? That His promises are lies - He is not really Love at all, but cruel - to give us so great a gift as salvation and then snatch it away because we are unable to perform some work?? I don't think so. That sounds like a set-up straight from hell. His yoke is easy, His burden is light. Jesus paid it ALL - FOREVER. Grace is not greasy. I don't argue the fact that once we have a firm grip on Truth of the Word of God we will have what we need to counter the evil one. But scripture tells us that the devil walks around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour...uh, that would be Christians - he's already got the unsaved world under his control. Why are Christians told to take up the whole armor of God? Why do we need armor in the first place? Because the enemy NEVER stops sending those fiery darts. We are in a war of spiritual proportions. I had a Damascus Rd experience that turned me from a persecutor of Christians to a true believer. My encounter with the Living God was undeniable, and no man, nor devil from hell, could ever shake me from what He showed me then, and continues to show me now. Bottom line, it's all about the 2 specific commandments that Jesus gave us - Love the LORD, your God with everything you've got, and love your neighbor...

@@mikerutkowski7265 Thanks Mike that was an amazing testimony. Very interesting. The problem I have with it is it conflicts with so many stories and lessons in the bible. First about overcoming sin, you said as an overcomer you should not, "have sickness, disease or disabilities in your life." JOB who obeyed God like you claimed to do was struck suddenly with sickness, disease and crippling disabilities in like one day. Paul also pleaded with God that a thorn in his side would be taken away but God answered him, "my grace is sufficient". When Ananias didn't want to baptize Paul in the Holy Spirit because he persecuted so many believer's in acts God replied to him, Acts 9:16 "I will show him how much he must suffer for my name.” These basic verses seem to conflict from your testimony of overcoming sin and not having to suffer anymore.
I have no desire in my heart to prove you wrong. I'm grateful you spent your time honestly trying to help others with your comment. I want to try and understand you and help you now also. Maybe I'm misunderstanding you from the first read of your comment but you appear to be in denial about suffering and having to carry your cross. There is another pastor who says they overcame sin and has also restored the Garden of Eden in Davao, Philippines. He also said for 5 years he was tested in the mountains to sin But overcame it completely. He claimed to restore the Garden of Eden in the city of Davao. 20 years ago he said "he was A son of god" but now he claims. "He IS the son of God. I think where you are falling is claiming yourself to have overcome sin. God's "ways" are so SO SOO much higher than your ways. Even if there is no repetitive sin in your life, you didn't conquer it by yourself. It was only by the Grace of God through Jesus Christ sin might have been removed from your life, not by your own power but by Gods Grace working inside you. A free gift that only comes through Jesus Christ. So instead of being boastful about being better than other Christians shouldn't you be humble and thank God for setting you free from sin, freedom you didn't deserve but was given to you by God anyways?

Your thesis on sin and sickness is very interesting but still comes off with an Achilles heel. I totally agree there is a strong connection between sickness and sin so we don't need to go back and forth on that issue. What I disagree on is being an overcomer makes us impervious to being sick or experiencing poverty. Have you really read the full story of JOB? From beginning to end? Job is a righteous man who follows God completely. The devil asks God to test JOB. God agrees (diseases/sickness follow). His friends try and comfort him saying His sickness is the cause of sin. JOB denies he sinned. His friends continue to try and tell JOB he's sinned Or why would God do this to you? God shows up and tells JOB's friends they sinned by telling JOB the wrong thing. That JOB would pray for them and God would forgive JOB's friend's sin of speaking lies to JOB. God answers JOB as to why he was cursed and diseased. Let me know what God said after you read it. : )

Your statement, "why would a loving God who loves you and heals you want to make you sick?" I ask you why would God kill our body if he loves us? Yet we die and he does destroy it and he still does love us. Our flesh is sinful it is present with you and me and continually fights with our spirit. Being born of the spirit and an overcomer(according to you) you should look forward to the day your able to unzip the flesh off and be able to be with God without being encased in it. Instead of being joyful that Gods Grace(something you didnt deserve) saved you and has helped you overcome (as you say) you seem to be boastful and proud looking down on other Christians as if your salvation was achieved by yourself. Pride comes before a fall. You proclaimed yourself to be from God while not giving "Thanks to Jesus" even once? With two long comments glorifying yourself you didn't even say "All Glory be to God" even one time? So I'll end this comment by saying it for the both of us and I hope you repeat this at your end. The meaning is not just about stopping habitual sin its also about holding on to to your faith in Jesus Christ through horrific trials. KJV Revelations 2 talks about not just overcoming sin but being faithful to Jesus Christ through horrific persecution to obtain the title of overcomer (victorious one) those that "did not deny My faith".
Did you read all of JOB from beginning to end? Pull up a chair get some wine or hot tea and read the whole book from beginning to end. Its only a few hours read and its life changing. Tell me what you think about the end.
Jesus is more than a blessing for mankind. I don't know why you keep saying that? He is so much more than a blessing. We are saved by Grace and not by our works. We owe everything to Jesus! Everything! All glory to God through Jesus Christ is repeated so many times in the new testament but not once by you.
There is a struggle between the Holy Spirit and the sinful flesh. Overcoming is achieved by following the Spirit and denying our ever present sinful flesh.
1 (Romans 8:5) "Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires." (Romans 8:14) "For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God." So following the Holy Spirit and not our ever-present sinful flesh you overcome sin but your sinful body is always with you. Paul exemplifies this by crying out(Romans 7:24)"What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body of death?" And like you said again and again and again and seem to love repeating scarring baby Christians, those that follow the flesh and deny the Spirit are the children of the devil who are going to the lake of fire(or some other place in hell) if they keep denying Gods spirit. But Me and you Mike will follow the Spirit with loving kindness and do everything we can to help them(not condemn them) turn from following the flesh and show them that following the Holy Spirit is so much better. With loving kindness : )

Thank you so much for these blessed words. I believe every lady called into ministry in these latter days should ride on specific words and prophecies that God has given them. And when they know for certain that they've been called they should go all out with the Gospel not afraid of what people would say... I am a true testimony of these words. Born into a family with a strong Muslim background and a thick religious mindset, I had to pull through the walls of opposition knowing fully well God got my back, and I didn't choose myself but he chose me and ordained me to be a prophet to the nations.

I cannot begin to tell you what it means to me as a woman to be blessed and honored by a man of God, it is so the heart of Jesus ! I will be 65 years old this year and feel like I've been waiting a long time to be fully released by God into healing ministery. When I was saved on my 18th birthday I was introduced to a healing Jesus and have prayed for people to be healed for years, but what I see and feel in my spirit , the growing out of new limbs, opening of blind eyes, healing miracles unlimited, I have not seen yet, and I yearn for this even to the point of tears. TROY you're so amazing on Kathryn!! She was truly the most enigmatic spiritual woman of the 20th Century and though she never claimed a gift of the Spirit, she was a voice of reason for that age and today.
Nowhere in scripture does it teach that the gifts of the Spirit ceased after the Bible was completed. Quite to the contrary, it says the gift is for you, your children, and all that are far off.

I know a story of an Asian woman, I heard about when I was a teenager. God led her to the house of a man, and she went to his house and testified of Jesus and salvation and he became a Christian. I don't remember all the other details but I think of this story every now and then to remind me that God can use a woman to minister for God. Thank you for this video because I have been wondering if it was ok to move forward in my life to minister to others.
He gave some to be apostles, prophets...for the perfection of the saints (not men) for the work of ministry. God doesn't waste resources, why would he fill women with the Holy Spirit for nothing? Didn't he say we shall receive power and be witnesses? Didn't Paul write neither jew nor Greek, neither male nor female...?

Katherine was a Divine Woman sent of God. The airports cleared the terminal when she was there because she had such a powerful presence and and anointing of God that whoever she passed would fall under the presence of Gods power.

Thank you for this encouragement. When God called me to preach, I struggled with it for a long time. I ran from the call and just recently really surrendered and accepted that call. It's scary stepping behind the pulpit and it still feels strange being called an evangelist. Many people take offense to a female preacher. I have learned to not have bias toward people who preach the gospel. I used to doubt some of them, mostly those who seemed eccentric to me, those who I didn’t like how they sounded when they talked or preached. now I realize it was me that had a bias and I don’t do this anymore, I consider what they are saying, I’ve realized that they are preaching the Word of God
Love Gods prophecy to you!! Needed this spiritual hope as a daughter of Yeshua. So many people have told me as a woman, God biblicaly said we are not to be disciples, only men. Im learning I have been lied to.
St Paul only says that women can't preach/teach men. That's all.
Yeshua - Jesus said in Mathew 16:24 whosoever wants to follow me, let him deny himself (don't do what you want), take up his cross (to crucify his own carnality). (WHOSOEVER includes all who want! it includes me!)
We then need to train ourselves in being led by His Spirit, hearing His voice in EVERYTHING we do. If He is to govern our lives, "the self, "I" need to move out cause there can only be one Head, and it must be Him.
This means that we need to empty ourselves of all we want, desires, wishes, for Him to place HIS instead. "It's no longer I that liveth but Christ that liveth in me".
This is for all who want to follow Jesus (He will see how He wants to use each of us). When we are doing this, then we only preach if He sends us to preach. We need to be led by Him, we are not to do anything independently from Him.
@@mikerutkowski7265 Ministry isn't teaching or preaching. It can be but doesn't have to be. a woman could also minister to other women and children.
God already gave us the responsibility to preach the Gospel anyway. Do we need any special calling other than being save and filled with the Holy Spirit???
If God calls you into one of the offices of the 5 fold ministry, then you will be led to walk in that specific office. When you are called, God will specifically make ways for you to achieve what he has planned for you. Not to say that he would not make a way if you were not called into, just say, the office of Pastoral workings, but for you to be fully blessed in all of your workings, you would want to be called for that specific office. It is hard enough to be a Christian with how dedicated the enemy is against us. So, if we are not specifically called to do a specific work, then we are not walking in his divine purpose for our lives and we could potentially open up doors that lead down a path he does not want us traveling.

He's talking about presuming to be a full time minister when you aren't called to it, and God does call people, he explicitly says so and does so. You're confusing the issue.
Make sure you already obeyed what Jesus said in Mathew 16:24 deny himself (don't do what you want), take up his cross (to crucify his own carnality).
We then need to train ourselves in being led by His Spirit, hearing His voice in EVERYTHING we do. If He is to govern our lives, "the self, "I" need to move out cause there can only be one Head, and it must be Him.
This means that we need to empty ourselves of all we want, desires, wishes, for Him to place HIS instead. "It's no longer I that liveth but Christ that liveth in me".
This is for all who want to follow Jesus (He will see how He wants to use each of us). When we are doing this, then we only preach if He sends us to preach. We need to be led by Him, we are not to do anything independently from Him.
Brother last year i suddenly love to listen to Kathryn Kuhlman. And one night i dreamed she said in her own slowly voice to me. "You are me" 3 times. After a few mounths an old friend come and visit me she'd become a Apostle and she invite me to a conference as a speaker. But before she came. The Lord was encountered me with a word I'd never heard before. About His Kingdom that we ask Him in the prayer He teach His dissiples. "Let Your kingdom come"It's a mounth now that im prepared for it. He give me scripture about it. I serve Him 40 years but this will be my first word to give. Please pray for me and give me more clarity.

Troy, the afternoon before I was ordained, I had a vision while I was driving home. I saw the end of a ceremony. I was near the stage and I saw a woman at the back of the stage. She walked to the front of the stage and extended her hand. The light shone on her as she said Welcome to the Ministry. It was Kathryn Kuhlman. The night of the ordination after being blessed the senior minister said there were two angels putting a mantle on me. Howard

What a wonderful blessing from our Lord! So much of conservative Christianity tells women that God only wants them to take care of the children during services or clean the restrooms. I have seen, on many occasions, women used of God in wonderful ways. I agree with Troy's prophetic message that women, if they are called by our Lord, need not fear to step out in faith and do the work that God has set before you. Praise God.

Hi Troy, I enjoy your channel and the words you share. I receive many visions. One that I received about Kathryn was at church. Kathryn approached me flanked but two angels. She asked me if I would receive her mantle. I prayed and said I accept this. If the Lord activates this I will serve as his vessel. I have more but would prefer to communicate offline.

Friend, you went DIRECTLY to the Scriptures on this one...and you hit that target DEAD-ON! Bullseye! I said those complimentary terms in a spiritual manner. You see, there are so many people, that'll just accept any "New", "Revolutionary", & "Up to date" thing that comes along nowadays, and they've been doing that, for as long as I can remember...and even before that, I reckon. So many people on this site have praised this young man, up one side, down the other, and straight back up the middle! I almost can't believe that there are so many spiritually blind people on here, that would do that..... almost..... until I realized that many of these people quite possibly just read PART of the Bible...but not ALL of it. They seem to forget, that there are certain specifics in the Word of God, that they willingly pass over, because they just want the soft part of God's Word...but not all of it...& that's where they get into Spiritual trouble, every single time!
You may say to yourselves, “How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the Lord?” If what a prophet proclaims in the name of the Lord does not take place or come true, that is a message the Lord has not spoken. You don’t know me, how long I have served Jesus, how many hours a day I pray, how I fast, what ministries I am part of working with the poorest of the poor, with no salary for myself, speaking and preaching the gospel (as a woman) to lost souls from my own country and others. You don’t know what God has anointed me for or what He’s put me into for the salvation of souls and to feed the hungry and to bind their wounds. If God puts me in places and positions to teach His words, to declare freedom to men and women and children who are suffering then I really do not need to listen to words meant to condemn women. I hear God speak to me and move when He says to move. I go into areas many men fear to tread.

The Holy Spirit will Never go against the Word of God . If a spirit contradicts the Bible , you can be sure it's not the Holy Spirit.
I agree with Troy´s words. As he says, we have to be careful with our judgments. As a matter of fact, Jesus doesn´t say we don´t have to jugde. He says we have to judge, but with rightful judgement, not according to appearance (John 7:24) or according to flesh (John 8:15). We have to pay attention to the calling of each one. There are many functions in the body of Christ (Eph,4:11)
