    Instruction for use
To Open The Coffe Maker , take off the top cover , then separate the two parts by holding the bottom firmly and lifting the top upwards . Pull Out the filter group ; Unscrew the filter cover ( A ) and fill it with finely ground coffee ( B ) . Screw the filter cover back on . Fill the part of the Coffee Maker without the spout with water ( The water level should be a little below the 2 wholes of the handles C ) and reinsert the filter group . Install the part with the spout on top of the unit as it was a cover . The coffee maker thus assembled is ready to be placed on the heat source ( 1 ) ( Gas cooker , electric cooker ) setting the part without the spout on the burner . When stream exits from the spout , it means that the water is boiling ; at this point , remove the coffee maker from the heat source ( 1 ) and turn it upside - down ( 2 ) making sure that you hold both handles tightly as you do so . Wait 2/3 minutes for the coffee to brew and completely stop dripping , then serve .
    Caffè Napoletano History
The Old and Traditional Neapolitan Coffee Maker , or as we call it in our dialect " Cuccumella " is an historic symbol of our city . Coffee is definitely the favorite beverage of Naples . In Naples there is always time for a good cup of coffee , like in the morning after just waking up , after lunch , before going to bed , and whenever someone wants to spend a good time chatting with friends . The normal Moka coffee maker allows people to prepare coffee quickly for a short break , but black neapolitan coffee made in a copper cuccuma has become an act of reflection and a break from the world . This break must be long so that it allows time to reflect and make peace with our thoughts . Coffee made from a copper cuccumella is more intense and aromatic than an espresso prepared with the normal Moka . It is an explosion of taste !

Appears to be a coffee making ritual. One can achieve the same and better results using the Vietnamese Pour Over Coffee Maker.

      Thanks for your sharing!
It's true that the brewing science behind is similar to Vietnamess coffee. It's fun to know similar histories were often found parallel in different regions.
We use our preferred beans with the Napoletana for the taste we pursue. I'm sure you would also have your best way to enjoy coffee! 😊☕️❤

@@ladolcevitachannel - Your beautiful copper Neapolitan Flip Coffee Pot caught my eye. The Copper Neapolitan Flip Coffee Pot would wow any guest that ones is entertaining. The Vietnamese Pour Over Coffee brewer is more utilitarian, so it is more for brewing the daily morning cup of coffee.

The first and last time I used one of these, I almost peeled off the skin of my hands with boiling water because I didn't assemble it the right way.
