This is the best Alita One ever. I think the feminine counterpart of Prime should be a bit boxy and frankly, bigger, though not as big as the Prime Wars Trilogy toy. To that end, as much as I like the alt-mode, I'd have liked it to be more elongated and van-like. Still, great original design. And, yes, your way of setting the shoulders is better. :)
I like fresh new takes on old characters, rather than the newer cartoon accurate trend, such as we got with older classics stuff. Oh, and females don't have wheels, horns or shoulder-humps either. ;)

I knew it...she's the same height as her Netflix self. Haaay...was hoping she'd be a smiiiidge taller, like Override's height at least. But she's a Minerva pretool, so can't change that. Still getting her, coz she IS SO CUTE!!! Certainly a fan of the less overtly feminine proportions, especially the big boots and feet. EZ improvement over both Earthrise/Netflix figures But probably gonna be as the Ariel to my T30 Orion Pax, and a template, especially for the color scheme, my custom bigger Elita who'll take after said big boots and overall proportions.

The car mode was designed by Homer Simpson.... It has loose resemblance to The Homer. Hope it won't ruin his brother Herb again. Aside from the joke this figure looks very nice. Great review Chef.
Good idea of having her back pack posts rotated the other way. It looks better. They should of had her back pack be removable like in earthrise of how they did Arcee and several others. I thought it was a good idea. Then people started complaining about it and they stopped. There is no way ever pleasing people. If people haven't complained about it , they would of kept doing it.
Yeah, what a letdown. Having the option to remove it would have made this figure so much better. Why would people complain about having the option to remove it?! I mean it's optional - if you don't want to remove it, you don't have to. 🙄
I'll be picking this one up to go with Siege Chromia and the POTP Fembots. The Elita-1 that went with them was too big in comparison (understandable since she had to be a combiner torso), so it will be good to have the group assembled in compatible scale.
Does 0:39 mean we have to hope for a Legacy Arcee? Cause the abomination that is Studio 86 Arcee is just too, well, abominable... and definitely a pass. Elita - 1 here on the other hand is a must have.

If you put her feet flat on the ground, she won't rock anymore. That's what you have ankle tilt for. I could imagine Hasbro rereleasing Netflix Elita-1 in the Studio Series 86 line with Legacy Elita-1's color scheme, head and antenna accessory and a resculpted canopy that closes the cockpit completely.
Chef, I gotta say...you've got a knack for making figures lOOk gOOd! ;-) This has to be the definitive Elita-1. (She exceeds my low HasTakTom expectations.) Fingers crossed the tolerances will hold up over time though. Stay awesome, bro!
To me this looks more like a Transformers Animated action figure. I.e. big limbs, big head, cartoony/kiddy carmode. Not for me but i do have the Netflix version so i am good.
A pretty good Elita, but a better Minerva premold even if it's not a headmaster, especially since one of the guns is recognizably hers. Why the heck they're making that a Walgreens exclusive is beyond me.

As if the og don't have the weird back pack. We just really need to accept it at this point, hasbro will never able to make the backpackless fembot. Just go with that nicee 3rd party arcee if you want an anatomically correct and less backpack fembot, and horniable too even. Tbh this figure is a lot better than the previous elita, the backpack wasn't very visible from the front, unlike the previous elita that have the disgusting board sticking from every angle.
For sure is a vast improvement over the WfC version (not that it takes much), still is a shellformer, whisch is a bummer, the proportion of the robot mode make me think more of a "teenage" Elita rather than an adult one. Looks good but I'll probably skip it and wait for the character this mold was meant for, Minerva.

@@thespaceram2879 But, being a partsformer, would mean having to dismantle the vehicle to achieve robot mode. And if you loole the kibble or, for whatever reason, the pegs/tabs get damaged you cannot transform it AT ALL. Shellforming is bad, partsforming is the worst! Making her backpack detachable would mean trading a minor problem for a major one.
The first shots made me hopeful they'd finally done a decent Elita, hell any fembot decently. Seeing it in full here.... Nah, this ain't it. Not even close. Maybe someday. Thank you as always Chefatron!
Elita-One has never been one of the "sexier" fembots - but I think the WFCT one is at least some what attractive - this new one is more 'Some Girl in big boots'. But I think the Mould may likely suit Minerva better anyway.
I wonder who this alt-mode was actually designed for...seems like the classic, "let's get this mold out for a secondary figure, before we release it for the "main" figure" tactic
Personally I'm happy with the Netflix Elita-1, but very excited about the possibilities of future retools from this figure (Minerva!).
