As a beginner that started with the Cetus X kit (elrs version) it's a pretty solid foundation to grow from. Though I've already swapped in a circular polarized antenna on the goggles and drone, bought another radio, got a 65mm whoop for indoor flying... it's both a blessing and a curse.

i gave up on my drone career because just like everything in life i try to do for fun, there is always a government office like the fcc , or the faa that ends up costing me more money than its worth. the fcc took my frequencies away for my senheisser microphones i spent 2000$ on and now i dont have remote id for my inspire drone and now i lost $3500 investment on that. so life really sucks

I really hope I can make it. There is a possibility I'll be in Memphis around this time for work and I could make the short drive over the weekend. I would love to meet everyone. I'm taking my part 107 June 30 on my birthday and this could be a great reward to myself getting to see all of the spectacle..... if I pass it.

I'm building a FPV RC truck that should be done by then
Would love to attend but have very small problem to overcome, A lot of water between our countries so driving is out of the question. A flight will take between 17 to 19 hours + connecting flights and my row boat is still in dry dock getting the holes plugged. and as you have said drone delivery will never happen. Looks like I will just have to watch the RUclips videos instead

C'mon Ken How the hell do you just don't crash into everything. I mean flying my regular bird is pretty cool, but I watch you guys go FPV and I'm astonished.
Crash at your own expense! I've put it on my schedule for 2023 and have been trying to recruit / encourage other drone pilots to come along with me, caravan or carpool.

The Cetus x has a horrible tune, and the motors don’t like to be pushed? Customer support is truly pretty good tho. If u can spring for the cineape from DarwinFPV, do it. Much more durable and the tune is rock solid.
Just make sure to fly it in a place where there's no breeze!
