@@YeakeepgoingWell, no truer words have ever been spoken!!! People who do that are really just trying to convince themselves that others should trust them! Those who are trustworthy never feel the need to convince others of their trustworthiness. ❤❤❤
The plaintiff would have had to walk through the other person’s bedroom in order to escape from a fire! She was absolutely mislead by the defendants!!! I’m glad she got all of her money back.
Exactly! And can you imagine what would happen if there was a fire & the other renter/roommate wasn't home, had already escaped or couldn't unlock the door for the plaintiff? Astonishing that the greedy bastards continued to lie & say, "It's fine." Dude, it's not fine until a the Fire Marshall says so! So happy the Judge saw truth & pray she makes a few calls on those slum renters!
that big tall man is crazy as hell, why would i want someone to walk thru my bath room while im in there naked or whatever just to get to their aprtment, what kind of crazy setup is that. im glad the plaintiff got her money back.
That attic apartment was definitely illegal. That's why he couldn't put a separate access outside of the house. Thatvwas definitely something he needed to disclose. She didn't have a studio apartment, that was a loft apartment that came with a roommate.
Everything is in order he says at the end, only a little bit of overlap. You mean you were only breaking the law for a little while. Laws are not like the 5 second food on the floor rule. You either comply or your break the rule.
Even short term it is not right to have somebody walk through an apartment I am paying for. He should not have rented out that third area, even if there was supposed to be just an overlap.
Overlap??? "Asha" was on a month to month, and she was still there mid-September, soooo... and then the washer/dryer thing... That's the thing with old Victorian houses... They're designed quite differently... My very first apartment had the bathroom attached to my bedroom... the ONLY bathroom... I hated having people over because they had to go through my bedroom to use it...
Howdy! (Does anyone remember Minnie Pearl, from the original show biz era?) If not, “Howdy” was her trademark greeting, with a Texas twang, and she was hilarious! Anyway, hope y’all are having a great day!!! BTW - I’m not from Texas, I’m from New Jersey. 😂😂😂❤❤❤)
That has nothing to do with that lease. If anything it proves that she was distracted and didn't notice the inconsistencies when she originally viewed the apartment. Although, no one is checking to see if there's an attic apt on the other side of their bathroom door.
Um…no, the defendants are liars. They basically had to admit that they rented an illegal room so their credibility is down the tubes. When they could see they were losing is when the female defendant took a jab at the plaintiff’s personal life and that lasted all of 20 seconds of a 14 minute case. Regardless of if any of it is true or not, it had absolutely nothing to do with this case.
"Is the apartment legal?"
"It's fine."
Right?...lol
Very fine apartments, on both sides
"Thats all I'm going to say" proceeds to complain 😂
Beat me to it 😂😂
@@LSharp609 Me too. I was gonna format it differently but that's about it.
😂😂
When someone says they're a nice guy, they ain't.
Or if they say "you can trust me" you can't.
Seriously. No nice person ever had to convince anybody they were nice. It just shows.

I thought you were just gonna "leave it at that", sir... He was ready to let you walk away.

I haven't hear the term skedaddled used in at least a couple of decades...lol. That's ALL you're gonna say?...😂😂😂
Weasel wording “everything is in order” (now). It was illegal and he is a piece of slimy work as is his faux indignant “life partner” shame on them
Who has the audacity to sue Captain Kirk? For shame!!!

Good morning to my fellow People’s Court fans. I hope you have a great day. ❤
I’m hopeful that I’m the first to say Hi to you on this fine day! Have a good one!!! 😂😂😂❤❤❤
Thank you, you too
They way he stared at her😬😬
You could tell the plaintiff was really pissed and felt like she was definitely going to win the way she stormed into court.
Well that's interesting, it's been awhile and happy Monday.
Which part, in particular, did you find interesting? Just curious. Happy Monday to you as well! 😂😂😂❤❤❤
I know these people are from New York it's very understandable how they talk
