Hi TDK great info as usual. I installed the super amp cleaner on my fire stick 4K max and found it only cleaned the cache from the apps on my external storage and none of preloaded Amazon apps.

My way of thinking was that it's designed to clean up any hidden cache and junk on your fire device. When i used it my storage space went from 1.3g to 2.1g, or am I missing something and it's faking the storage space 😮

What is the difference if cleaning cache individually down to .08 versus using cache cleaner which seems much easier but still has larger cache remaining? Also where can I find Cache Cleaner in US. Thanks

the 16kb that remains is tiny and as shown in the video, if you had 62 apps with a cache size of 16kb, that would only equate to 1meb
I had that app installed and realized it wasn't doing what they claimed and uninstalled it.
Yep, that is all I was suggesting people do. Try it and then check if something was actually cleared out / stopped. In my testing, the app did nothing. Its just some animation and graphics

Hi Doc, thank you for another great video. I have a problem with the TDUK cache cleaner that I purchased a few months ago. Now it worked perfectly on all my devices but for a while now it only cleans the cache on my firestick 4k max, but not on my Nvidia shield or Google Chromecast. I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling but it just won’t clear out the cache on the Android devices.Could you maybe please advise how this can be fixed. Thanks

Check how much storage you had before and after using it, freed up almost 1g of storage space on my fire tv
I love your apps i've been using them for a long time now they're definitely worth the money I do have a question for you though now this is just a hypothetical if Amazon decides to switch to a close system and you still have to clean cash and force quit and all that stuff will you be making your apps to work on the Vega operating system I really hope that they don't do that on the fire stick just a hypothetical question and I was wondering if I would actually have to rebuy the app if they end up making that big change but your apps are the best the only feature that I would love to see for your apps is somehow for both of the apps to be forced quit automatically somehow after you do like the reboot process or something that would be a cool feature that way those two apps are not running in the background thanks for creating them it's made my life a lot easier especially being someone that has a physical disability

Try uninstalling and reinstalling
You have to manually update the app being Amazon doesn't do it for you the goes for some 3rd party apps

Every time I launch the TDUK APP Cache Cleaner do I have to enter a PIN to login
only the free version has that. If you pay the 1.99 and get the app from the app store, then you can use it straight away
What is the point of this super cleaner app then? I thought it was cleaning other stuff other than cache and background apps. I’ve got both you’re apps and by the look of it that’s all I need? Defsquid is another then. What’s the point of that? Should I just delete them and save some precious storage on my 16gb device? Good video and great use of the generation game sound affects 👍🏼
Defsquid is good for clearing out temporary files, left over apk installation files.

when the app does nothing, why did it clean over 600mb from my device?
Perhaps the app clears out temporary files or downloaded apk installation files. Either way, it does nothing for your app caches or your background running apps as demonstrated in the video.
It doesnt work and cost $1.99
I think the app is as good as app design it looks like a kid has done it 😂😂😂
