Thank you for this rapid fire video quickly showing me how to start an affiliate business. My biggest caveat is that you only mention advertising via RUclips which can be problematic. I've tried RUclips 5 times and had my account deleted for various reasons every time so I'm searching for other methods of free traffic or at least cheap-paid traffic.

No, an LLC is not necessary for this. Just a DBA. Also, yes...you need to obtain the copyright for uploading other people's work. It's actually a copyright infraction that can get you banned for life. This guy may know about affiliate marketing but clearly does not know copyright laws. Most likely he's from another country where copyright laws do not apply.
