For this report we look at three back roads in Contra Costa County and what makes them special for motorcycle rides.

If you are going to Mt Diablo summit, it best go weekday as there are much less crowded. I live & ride there. I need to ride Morgan Territory Road. I heard too many accidents on Morgan Territory Road as I listen to PulsePoint for information.

Agreed on Mt. Diablo on weekdays. You also have to watch out for bicyclists coming down way too fast. Been up and over Morgan Territory road many times, from the north and the south. Very tight in places and much steeper in places.
