These sound yummy! A couple questions: is it possible to freeze the dough balls so you can bake them one or 2 at a time?
Also, is there a non-chocolate version? (Possibly with some White chocolate involved somehow?) Could there be 😁?

I know I'm a weirdo but other than Chocolate I can't consume any caffeine so can the expresso be omitted??

You could also use decafe.
@@Appaddict01 that actually still has caffeine in it. There isn't a coffee or tea that doesn't have some amount of caffeine in it. I have a rapid heart rate and even on medication for it, it's not 100% controlled. Doc and I agreed I can at least have treats but nothing else with caffeine, so I watch everything.
