I have been the main Bilge for my Galleon for so long, I don't remember the last time I've seen the sky. I can't make out days and nights anymore and my only sense of direction is the island banners that pop up. My hands are always pruny and I am in constant pain, even holding a banana hurts. My doctor says I need to see more sunlight if I want to live a full life, but he doesn't understand what it means to be the Bilge. I guess my question is... what is your favorite bucket skin?
A question you're absolutely going to cover but I also want to make *sure* it gets covered so; how do you determine when it's the appropriate time to start yelling "I need someone to help down here!!" on each ship? Sloops I usually have a good grasp on but brigs feel like they sink instantly and galleons feel like they're completely fine until they're suddenly not.
I struggle with understanding when to plank mid deck holes on galleon. Most say that you should always be keeping your mid deck holes planked while most of the time I see many great players leaving them open and planking them when convenient in practice. As they do not start taking water until the lower deck is completely full, when would be a convenient time to repair them other than when resetting (i.e., when ships are sailing away as a result of taking too much damage)?
A brief bit about double repair would be great. It's all too easy to get locked into the groupthink of 'only one repair and flex only bucket' but the result is often that flex is running up and down wasting time for no reason
About how many mid-deck holes should you keep repaired at all times on a galleon to prevent instant sinking? How to defend against ballastball? Can a solo slooper outbucket all tier 2-3 holes by themselves? Obscure tips for bucketing and repping? Wheel repping tips? Mast repping tips?
Thank the lord - was looking to finalize my guide section of my guild server. As an aspiring bilge, here's my biggest question - how often should you swap between bilging and cannoning? Should you stay downstairs most of the time or only really when you're hurting?
If grate throws are actually worth it. So often I see them failing even with experienced players and yet a lot of people I meet swear by it for efficiency. Yes if you get the angle down for a bit it's pretty effective but it feels like a huge risk of backsplash, especially when it's hard combat or even storm situations
i mean, its been a year (according to youtube's date posted thingy), 1 more week aint gonna kill us, tbh i thought dude like died or smthn, so the fact we're getting anything kinda hype. (sorry if this comes off rude or anything, im just scrolling yt while falling asleep, and am barely awake)
If bilge calls for flex to bucket and hes too late for whatever many reasons, and the boat hits 2nd, but the bilge was able to leave his plank and bucket himself, who’s fault is It if they sink? I say bilge. Especially if they’re repairing front with flex up top.
It’s situational. Assuming flex is on the cannons, if bilge tells flex to bucket with 2+ seconds to go until you hit mid, then it’s flexes fault. But if bilge calls flex as you’re hitting mid, then that’s bilge’s fault for not calling him sooner. If there is a boarder on your boat however, and flex is not on the cannons because he’s pre-occupied with the boarder, then bilge needs to give the “come down” callout a good 3 seconds before it’s actually needed, if flex is not next to stairs. But it seems like this is a real situation that happened to you, so I’d need to see the clip in order to know for sure.
Comment any questions you have pertaining to the Bilge Role, and it will be answered in the upcoming video.
Whats the current state of BSG (Dauntless) and what are your thoughts on sot as of 2024
1) Priorities while fighting(HG and others)
2) I need more information about bailing through the grate. Especially on galleon

This is actually pretty Hype. Even if I haven't played sea of thieves in half a year just seeing this upload was just hype.
The Comeback we all have been waiting for. THANKS FOR THE GOOD GUIDE
Holy Moly! I have been needing this in my life for real. I sure do hope you include the weinor tech!
Thanks for the plug in the flex guide I didn’t even notice that. You’re gonna kill it.
How many scoops should the bilge bilge before trying to plank? or at what water level should planking be attempted if only the bilge is available?
5 for both
What hole should you prioritise in which situation?

-Most efficient ways to bilge
- what to do when not bilging
- if they should be boarding
- who should help them
We are so back
Is there any situation in wich the bilge should repair upper deck (Sloop, Galleon)?
Sloop yes gally no
Gally it simply isn't worth it and sloop pick repair or snipe
A section on effectively grate bucketing would be great

If it's known the other ship has a ballast it might be worth to rep 1 or 2 tiers 3s from the top

At what point does one realize that it's too much to handle and to call his flex down?
When 3 teir 3s are opened. Or when you feel like
Bilge Question: Should I use Bucket cancel? or does it work anymore? and if yes, how is it the most effective?
yes kaijoi will explain reasoning
Last thing I expected from today
Yessss! Looking forward.
Where to aim to crate bucket? How can i confirm that I hit it despite the animation of the water projectile splashing?
It's kinda just get used to it
The man, the myth, the legend is BACK!!!
Any drills I can do daily to get better at the fundamentals?

Holy shit i was randomly coming back to your helms guide and i saw this
What’s the best position to get the bucket off through the grate on galley? I either hit the rim or end up having the water land back on the ship
Question: when do u call the flex and what holes should you fix first
When should I repair and when should I scoop and when should I ask for help
I scoop till there isn't much water then go back and forth when necessary bucket then rep if you can't take down the water you need 2nd bucket
Dang bro, where have you been.
Man made it out of the slammer to post this
OH MY FUCKING GOD, YOU ARE BACK
Your god does what?!

As an aspiring bilge, here's my biggest question - how often should you swap between bilging and cannoning? Should you stay downstairs most of the time or only really when you're hurting?
Do you start repairing certain tier holes before others?
Do you repair holes in certain locations before others?
Focus close tier 3s if tier 3 is at front you might need 2nd buckets
Let’s gooooooo
🐐
more fighting streamers videos?
And what do you do if you get pushed by boarder do u keep bucketing or fight them and other people do it for in the meantime
The wait has been real, but worth it
