Superintendent Roncone negotiated a $32,000 partnership to provide this training in an online video format to all our nearly 170 churches. It is outstanding material to help boards and pastors know their Biblical roles, collaborate together, and work as a God-honoring team. Each of the 50 topical sessions are only 10-15 minutes long with a list of questions to facilitate discussion and clarifying conversations.
