I think Motionless In White will always be an amazing band. Who cares if they sound like Breaking Benjamin or Five Finger Death Punch? Both amazing bands and having a Motionless In White spin on both is so rad. I'm impressed with every single album they've made and this was by far my favorite. This album is fantastic why is everyone saying that it sucks? It doesn't it's amazing true fans don't abandon a band just because they change. Motionless in white is one of my favorite bands because they do something different each album is unique

I feel like every song on this album has heavy inspiration from certain artist (in my own opinion). Reincarnate was Breaking Benjamin, Everybody Sells Cocaine was Manson and this is 5FDP. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, just something I've noticed. Still going to give the full album a listen.
Death March and Generation Lost have parts that sound like Korn, as well.
Literally the only original song is the Puppets finale. It is a bad thing. This album is the death of MIW to me. They lost all originality.
Puppets 2 & 3 and arguably the chorus of Scissorhands were Bleeding Through up the ass but I loved that about them. Just throwing this out there because I have never seen a single comment throwing this out there :b

Love the amount of Korn and Marilyn into this new album, they've matured as artists and have come with their best product yet.
So many of these comments are so hateful towards the band. Just because they developed a new style doesn't mean they're bad or some "radio rock band." They're trying something new and personally I enjoy it very much. A new style, new songs, and it can only get better from here.

almost everyone is complaining about this album because its not the same emo band that made the whorror and when love met destruction. i personally love all three albums and i'm glad motionless in white is maturing for the better.
Lets just take the time to appreciate that they are doing what they want to do and growing as a band and not putting the same album out over and over
i honestly like the heavy stuff however chris has such a great clean voice and everything just mixes so well this is honestly pretty good =) going to purchase this album

People change and develop and evolve as they age and the music that those people create does the same...I know most people hate to see bands change and I know that 10-15 years ago I hated the same thing but I've gotten older and have now begun to enjoy watching a bands music evolve. They're still a pretty heavy band and Chris's singing voice is excellent so I'll keep on listening.

It amuses how people think 'heaviness' is limited to 3 - 4 minutes of constant breakdowns. Don't get me wrong I love those bands too, but people who are slamming this band for 'not being heavy enough' just can't appreciate how much effort these guys put into their music. Heaviness is not just defined by how many times you can strum an open note. Besides, they've stated it themselves. They don't give a fuck what people say anymore, they're gonna make the music that they want.
