Hi Tiffany I just received my Denise buddy bag HSN it shows on their website 2 vinyl bags included but received only one in kit.I emailed HSN you might want to correct HSN on this. I have all your buddy bags I luv luv them Thank you Cynthia
Hi Cynthia - you should have received 2 bags, each with 3 interior boxes. Can you please email CustomerService@Totally-Tiffany.com with your info and order details and we'll get everything straightened out for you.
@@ScrapRackLady They sent me two packages each with a buddy bag after emailing them the problem but the 40 sticker tabs were missing in each order so I kept the stickers from previous orders one which said brandy bag but had a Denise bag enclosed after I emailed HSN to fix problem. I think the error was packing at your disturbution site. I'm very frustrated .I have most your products including scrap rack. You might want to check on your manufacturer on packing products correctly )8
You advertise that you get 25 die & stencil pockets & 40 labels. When I placed my order based on this video I did not get the pockets or labels. I ordered 3 bags.

Does anyone else have no sound on this video? I can hear the intro music but nothing Tiffany is saying. I have this problem with all her videos but have not had the problem with any other videos.

I threw away the packaging - how the heck do I put the plastic boxes together - never was mechanically inclined :)
