I use playwood, glue is LANDAU TOP AND TRIM GLUE, 3/8 Long staples,

Where did you get the cup holders and usb connectors?

Try Amazon, ebay, Facebook Marketplace, Mercado Libre, or local stores that sells car upholstery material for the cupholders and Vynil or any other fabric, the USB connectors also can be purchased on line or local car accessory stores like Autozone, O'reillys, Advanced Auto parts etc.
