I was an EMT in a small mountain town with Life Flight 50 minutes out from dispatch and a 50 mile radius response area. Two mountain high altitude air strips I responded on 7 plane crashes. And hundreds of calls to camp grounds, fast water rescues, geriatric calls, premature labor, spousal abuse, stand-by structure forest fire calls, snowmobile crashes, falling off the local bar calls.....I seriously, literally called it quits. My hats off to these folks.

I used to take 4 insulin shots daily plus 2000 mgs of metformin daily. 1st thought was this woman's not eating like she's supposed to and then low and behold she'd not eaten yet that day.
