I like that the braking distance is actually realistic. So many racing games (apart from sims) have giga-brakes where you can go from 200mph to a full stop in like 3 seconds.
the aspect of racing in town, it reminded me of unbound with the destruction of barriers as well as the traffic of civilians during the races, it was nice 🙂
The physics is almost ready for release. I like how it feels. I can already tell it's a KT game with their WRC physics, and it's going for a grounded arcade handling style. If they improve the way the RWD cars respond to handbrake turns (same problem as TDU2), it's ready to go gold.
I remember driving a Brera for several hours as a child, and looking for the remains of this 2CV, tears of nostalgia I love how they moved the cars from TDU2, I can ride this MITO sh1tbox again!

They should add pedestrians, like in Midnight club or the crew, you can hit them, they skip your car always, but it would add even more life to this awesome map, even in restaurants or plazas they can put crowds and make them like a side activity , if you do a burnout, ir hit the rev limiter people would cheer and took photos of your car etc , and you can see that photos in a "in game" phone or something

That should hopefully make it much better... but the driving isn't natural like Forza, and the sense of speed doesn't give that nervous feel of crashing you get when your driving fast in FM... This game looks quite nice in its own way tho that about it

Man, I Loved TDU, I saw there was a demo for solar crown and you need to download 44gb which lets be honest is the entire game and you need a new account and you have to link accounts and at that point all my interest was lost, oh well

Demo is not good. Boring and derivative. When your avatar walks through the showroom garage, its so bad and amateurish. The car physics are neither simcade nor arcade, just weird.

@@darkninja9499 No houses with garages spread across the map, dealerships look AI generated, not enough branded dealerships, no side missions, no HK license plates, no cops, no clubs, no branded on-screen speedometers, online only, complete pvp focus, barely any single-player content, clans sound like popular organizations as opposed to secretive. The list goes on and on if you can remember what was in past games compared to this. Only thing better than past games is graphics and physics. Everything else is zero. They're just trying to cash in on the Forza Horizon saga with all the PVP focus. I'd like to see if they can beat Forza in that aspect, which I doubt.
Drifting in a 2cv witch goes 60 MPH easily, and a map what is not even half the size of the first, takes all credibility away for me to be a good sequel

They are decent arcade physics. AWD cars will give you a decent experience but RWD cars can be a little bit oversteery
