How beautiful. I am 57, started playing an instrument 2 years ago and am beginning to "dabble" in painting. So exciting to learn new skills, especially creative ones.

I'm 68. I'm waiting for the next big adventure. I'm still dreaming like you John. I asked my grandmother, when she was 74, how old she felt inside. She said 16, and that is the greatest gift she gave me.

Mesmerizing. Your films so immediately draw me in. I find myself slowing way down, captivated, focused and able to listen closely to the wise words of these Sages you film. And that you have become the kind of people with eyes to "see" their beauty and value. What you are doing is truly unique and a significant contribution to our world. I relish the opportunity each week to "sit at the feet" of the people you are finding and filming. The skills to pull this off don't go unnoticed. I am happy that Catherine found her passion in craft of basketry weaving. When she said she decided not to be a nun I thought all the Catholic nuns I admire. Sr. Deirdre Byrne is a surgeon that performs surgery on the uninsured poor at our southern border. Another is a teacher working in poverty areas. Another is a nurse. Nuns are very hard working, dedicated humanitarians that give very much to people that have nothing and the nuns ask for nothing in return. What they do receive in return is true joy.

Catherine Davies, I Love your inner wisdom, I love your courage, I understand your vision and relationship with nature, willows in particular, I have that same knowing with trees, and wood, woodworking being able to envision shape and form from raw material, I can do that with clay too, for sculpture also
I've lost my husband recently and our garden reminds me so much of him so it's difficult to think of it as a healing place. Same is with the house. I want to just run away from it all. Thank you for your beautiful video.
My dear lady, you may not have become a nun but you have joined an Order. The one place I feel closer to God than anywhere else is in nature and the garden. Looking at your footage I feel as though I have joined you on your pilgrimage. In my lifetime I have done a lot of hiking and I will tell you the same thing that I have told many people. When you leave the city and walk in unspoilt nature you are surrounded by God's handiwork. It is clean and unspoiled and absorbing it around you and meditating on its beauty you realise that no man on earth could make such a beautiful garden. Only God has the Power to Make such a beautiful and awesome place.
Hi, renaissance team, thank you for sharing this inspiring story. How wonderful to suddenly find out what your real passion and talent is. I remember finding out, that I can knit and crochet in a special way, making my own style for me or others. It seems so little, but the relief to find out that you’ve something you really love to do is so wonderful. I checked their homepage and saw how many astonishing pieces of craft you can do from willow. Very aesthetic! To find a personal healing place sounds great. I’ll try that. What an unexpectedly lovely video.
Acknowledging you can have a healing place...love that.
Catherine Davies, I Love your inner wisdom, I love your courage, I understand your vision and relationship with nature, willows in particular, I have that same knowing with trees, and wood, woodworking being able to envision shape and form from raw material, I can do that with clay too, for sculpture also
@Lori Mangold - Thanks for taking the time to appreciate Catherine's sharing. x

I've lost my husband recently and our garden reminds me so much of him so it's difficult to think of it as a healing place. Same is with the house. I want to just run away from it all.
Thank you for your beautiful video.

Inspiring....🦋 Thankyou I was supposed Listen to and See this today. ✨
A wonderful philosophy and beautiful place.
I was completely amazed by Your Story thank you for sharing
Hi, renaissance team, thank you for sharing this inspiring story. How wonderful to suddenly find out what your real passion and talent is. I remember finding out, that I can knit and crochet in a special way, making my own style for me or others. It seems so little, but the relief to find out that you’ve something you really love to do is so wonderful. I checked their homepage and saw how many astonishing pieces of craft you can do from willow. Very aesthetic! To find a personal healing place sounds great. I’ll try that. Stay happy, healthy and curious, Monika❣️
❤️❤️❤️
Do you come up with your own crochet patterns?
Only Thing u have to be afraid of is not listening to yourself and doing what is right. Finding ones 'healing place'. Listen to yourself. Know purpose. Be beat person u can be. Spread Love. All about Love.
