      @ Houston, TX. We have communicated before. I had hoped to I had hoped to stop by and meet with you on my next trip through Louisiana. Not sure when that will happen, but I believe I may be there for a conference this coming spring. I remember me telling you about watching a video where you showed how make perfect door trim with a simple little device that would mark perfect miters. I showed it the contractor working to restore my house after Harvey. I cased in all my doors and windows myself with it. The contractor was blown away by how great it worked. You should patent it and license it to some company like Woodpecker or FastCap to make out of aluminum. Keep up the wonderful videos. I never miss one.

    I like seeing that you tape the edges of your metal corner bead. They often tend to crack around the edges without tape. Not many finishers use that method.

    • @paulstoolbox
      @paulstoolbox  9 дней назад

      Thanks, CHARLES, I really appreciate that! I know a lot of guys who just come back and caulk the inside corners and that’s fine, but I like to put tape on it. Have a great day, buddy!

    • @paulstoolbox
      @paulstoolbox  10 дней назад

      Good morning, I’m glad you asked. It was sent to me to test out a couple of years ago. I couldn’t find it anywhere, including Amazon , but after reading your post, I looked it up and you can get it from this site
      hydestore.com/products/h-43440?variant=41209850495029&country=US¤cy=USD&mer&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAAD_awc2-aa0IuTnleQwI9Wn5Lb13-&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIkLyFtP_qiQMVpG1_AB2iqBV0EAQYASABEgLNtvD_BwE
      It’s an awesome mixer, it collapses to fit in a lid of a 5 gal bucket. Have a good day!

    Do you have to cover the metal corner bead with tape?

    • @paulstoolbox
      @paulstoolbox  12 дней назад

      No, you just have to put corner tape on the inside corners. You can cover the corner bead with tape when you cover the inside corners. Thanks!
