    I’ve got three 15 year olds that are officially eligible for learners permits. No license until they get their first part time jobs so they can pay part of their premiums. I’m hanging on to my 2009 Corolla.

      You can create your own insurance company and sell pennies for a dollar for people, everyone will like you but you will go out of business very soon
