2nd version. 1st version I've seen with yu long & miemie.
Fl is being kicked out by family and found by somewhat older ml who recognised her as saviour and takes her in. Years later their relationship develops. It's a nice plot and I'll update which version is better 😂
- I'm totally missing the drugging in the first place. If you don't know that ml was drugged and slept with fl, it is a bit weird to watch. You see ml saving her from the rain and then fl suddenly waking up next to ml. Also, in this version, fl doesn't seem to know that that man was ml
- I'm slightly confused about the flight. Ml went on a 10hr flight trip and fl was in class. He was about to turn phone off and the assistant clearly said to answer all her calls when they are back. But then suddenly he called her back and was turning around, ran into the building and kicked the door open to save her. Did she teleport to his location with the lab or did he teleport himself back whilst running?
- I don't like this kissing thing in this version. It makes it all a bit childish.
- the you long x miemie version feels a bit more mature and fitting.
At this point 1hr15min I'm skipping the rest. It doesn't keep me interested and even if one of my more favourite actors is playing ml, it's just getting boring and I constantly find things that are better in the yu long x miemie version.

他本人聲音語氣挺溫柔的，不過感覺這個配音也不夠貼臉，但豎屏短劇不能要求太高

Its ok. Script feels AI generated with weird logic. ML is a great actor in other dramas but everyone is acting very blandly in this drama. I cant recommend.
I'm now at 5:22 and I don't understand something here. She, an adopted child and orphan, is rejected by her adoptive family, why... I didn't realize it... then some guy in a suit finds her and she faints... ok. But then!! she wakes up in some bed with apparently the guy who picked her up from the street and I guess he slept with her???😳 She was unconscious...what kind of move is that and then it turns out he's hers Father's buddy and after his death her guardian or something like that??? Did I reproduce that correctly? I would actually give up on the whole thing now, but it's storming outside and I have nothing better to do😝
and at 6:40 it turns out that she was under drugs and unfortunately he couldn't defend himself🤣🤣 but why didn't he recognize her?? strange...they suffer from a special form of face blindness in the films😂😂 I admit that the eng subs are sometimes not good and this could be a linguistic misunderstanding on my part🤷♀️
Is similar to the one that Yulong and yang mei mei did where yang mei mei was thought to shoot a gun and when do they know that they slept with each other at the start
It's similar that he saved her, raised her but here he stayed elsewhere for most of the time while she grew up and has returned just now. Fl is self taught so ml doesn't know her strengths. Here Fl also doesn't know who she spent the night with. He pampers her but is also strict unlike YL where she could do anything.
Lot of other things are also changed although the jist remains the same.
I like this couple so it's an ok watch but if you will compare it with YL YMM chemistry/story than it will fall short.

But I disagree. I've seen him in the Jiang Lan plot where he played Song Yan, and indeed, he was a bit more handsome on that one, but I absolutely love how he is able to convey emotions - especially deep emotions.

Actually only 2nd as plot is different from what it looks like in the first 2min. This is not a stolen Identity plot! It's just that this version chose a misleading start.
