That guy had a face of pure joy.
He did. He had the face of flight.
Yep, his smile says it all!
So much fun to see their pure excitement! It’s great to share the gift of flight.
Lol yep
JP making dreams comes true
They will forever look up now.
true that man i always do
Hi Mike
@Dinorah Goede scammer alert
That moment when happiness provider is happier than happiness receiver. Look at JP's face, that's how the face of a good heart looks like!
There is more happiness in giving than receiving.
“Nicely done guys, you didn’t freakout.”
Title of the video “Hilarious freakout”.
Thaught that too but was still worth to watch !
I was literally smiling the whole time happy for this guy.
One of the best things about being in aviation is the ability of being able to share the joy with other and this shows this perfectly. Thanks JP ✌️
The smile on his face was priceless!
Eric agreed
Ahhhh, JP that was so thoughtful, generous and kind of you. You've given them both such an incredible gift - that smile says it all - pure joy! One flight changed both their lives. 💖
Your the man JP! You presented them both with a perspective of the world they live, love and work in. This is an experience they will cherish for the rest of their lives and you are the one they will always remember who took the time to give it to them. I think everyone who has experienced the first flight in a small aircraft remembers who gave them this experience and where they were in their life at that moment in time. Who’s showing who now the big cats. Big cats are great but flying can be as great as an experience as those big kitties!! Continue the adventure. Now if you only had the resources to train them to become commercial pilots. That could bring a new resource to the lodges business model! Big old bush plane.
I was purchasing a sports car from a guy, while I test driving the car, we drove to his airplane hangar and went flying for a few hours in a 6 passenger airplane, That was my first time ever before flying commercial. I'll never forget it. He showed me how to taxi it to the runway and let met handle the duel controls once we climbed. It's an awesome memory : )
@@funches897 - once bitten and if the experience was a positive one you will find was to get up in the air. Mine was my next door neighbor who was a computer programmer. I was 11-12 in the summer of 1972 and he just received his privet so he wanted someone to go with him. After some coaching to my mom she said yes and the rest was history. Two times a week I would fly with him and we would go everywhere out of Gillespie Field between Santee & El Cajon California. I became a Ramp Rat doing everything I could to get into an aircraft. I would ride my bike 2-1/2 miles to be there from sunup to sundown during that summer washing & fueling aircraft. I cleaned a lot of interiors and windscreens and washed lots of aircraft for pilots at Sun Aviation where my neighbor took his lessons. I joined the Navy when I was 16-1/2 so I could fly as a Flight Engineer on P-3 Orion aircraft so I could get the GI Bill for obtaining my Instrument, multi engine and commercial ratings after obtaining my privet pilots license. It was expensive back then too because it’s all relative to the times. People will pay $1,300 for an iPhone or & 30,000 for a new car but $12,000 for a privet pilots license is to expensive. No it’s not just set your priorities and get it. Beg, borrow, steal or work for your time, just get it. Some banks will lend you the money if your credit is good on a personal loan. Make it happen! If you don’t win the contest.
@@MrWATCHthisWAY Love your story, thanks for sharing : )
@@MrWATCHthisWAY what a fantastic anecdote, thanks for sharing
@@jakebolger6248 - boy the world has changed since I posted this comment, because we were about to be thrown into a pandemic that would change our lives forever. The world of commercial pilots has become a lot more competitive now because of available slots, but I would still recommend getting ones privet pilots license. Fly, fly, and fly anytime you can. General Aviation has become even safer since I started flying. Navigation in itself has become almost thoughtless with GPS at our fingertips in knowing where one’s self is at all times. My god constantly knowing ground speed, location, direction and all aircraft information on one screen without having to scan all of you gauges is almost mind boggling if you would have told me that general aviation would have aircraft with these capabilities 40 years ago. Then you add a ballistic parachute to the mix as an extra added bonus just in case your engine decides to crap out over an area where landing will become problematic then he’ll yea pull the chute if there’s no roadway to even think about setting it down. These are amazing times and if your operating an aircraft with an automatic landing system, then by all means squawk that 7700 and turn on the auto landing sequence and let it land on its own if the pilot becomes disorientated. The next 30 years are going to be amazing but one thing I can’t get my mind around will be all these electric personal air taxi’s they are wanting to provide for people to go for shot flights. These electric humming birds are going to make a crap load of noise and I don’t think people realize just how much noise they will create. They always show a vehicle with the sound off and some very nice background music. People already complain about general aviation as it is and now add all the small rotors wiping around when these air-taxi’s start flying low overhead? Yea right, for 1-2 people flying short distances in a screaming hummingbird overhead. I have a feeling that people driving in our electric cars aren’t going to be wanting to put up with these loud, screaming small blade rotors tearing through our quiet neighborhoods at 6am when your neighbor decides they need to get to the airport for their flight out. Sorry for the rant but I don’t believe we have thought the whole process out before we’re ready to embrace our future with these electric air-taxi’s. Hell we don’t like it when helicopters fly overhead at 6am now at 14 rotors tearing through the air to pickup a person.
Ah man, such a great gesture. This put a big smile on my face. Always good to share the joy of flying!
WELL DONE JP, an everyday little hop for you is now a lifetime memory for them... loved it!!
JP, you did a good thing. There is nothing like pure joy. It's unmistakable and wonderful. TY for sharing with us.
The joy of this guy was pure, priceless...
It’s funny how your accent changed when talking to the 2 passengers that was their first time lol
I wonder if he can still say poes eloquently or if the accent is just for show.
It's a known linguistic phenomenon called 'mode switching'. People do it all the time, subconsciously. It's to make yourself more intelligible and the communication more efficient
@@MtnCommando I think it is called code switching. but it might be called both. and it's funny because I do it too, and barely have control over it
It's funny i do the same thing when speaking to someone that doesn't speak English too well or speaks with an accent. I am Polish American and i moved to the US in 1987 when I was 9 years old, so i speak English perfectly since i have been speaking it for well over 30 years, but as soon as I talk to someone that doesn't speak English too good or with a different accent i instantly start speaking with this weird accent like i just learned English a year ago or something and i have no idea why I do that.
This is pure joy !!! I think you made someone's day for a loonnnggg time !! Being a pilot can be so rewarding from our passengers !!!!
JP Thank You for giving Peter the moment of Joy that he will remember for the rest of his life . That wasvery of you to give both of them a ride inyour airplane . Imloved your accent while you were talking to them .
What a beautiful gesture giving those two gentlemen their first flight. Thumbs up!
1:06 Anyone else do that? Change ur accent to the same as someone’s who accent is different
I cant help myself and I get a load of shit for it
SAME I CHANGE MY ACCENT FOR THE PEOPLE, SO THEY CAN UNDERSTAND ME BETTER
Wonderfull. That joy you brought to that man, he is going to talk about it for many many years. Thank you sir
This was awesome! Love to see hard working people get some love. Flying for the first time? What a champ :D
My favourite of all your videos so far. So much happiness in this clip. Building lifelong memories for these fellas. Nice job.
Beautiful gesture. Beautiful people. Beautiful experience.
I ended up here because FS2020. This vid put a big smile on my face. You are amazing sir. Subscribed.
Wow JP that's an all round 3D experience! 1 for you enjoying flying.. as usual, 2 for we viewers enjoying watching you do it.. as usual and 3 for Reggie and Peter enjoying it for the very first time. What a fantastic thing to do for them..... and your viewers.
Okay, that just made my day! JP, that was really cool of you to share that experience with them! That’s a memory that will never leave them!
Haha, I did that once when I was training to be a helicopter pilot. A farmhand of my boet was interested in a flight. Did some low-level flying and then went right over the edge of a cliff. I’ll never forget how his eyes grew to the size of saucers. Afterwards he said that once was enough.
Awesome! The ranger reminds me of kids we fly for EAA Young Eagles. That first flight they'll never, ever, ever forget. Thanks for sharing!
Yeah but he is a gown man excitement is not only for children just saying it's natural to be excited in a innocent way when experience something for the first time especially going in a plane and flying.
thanks for the treat bro, you are a cool brother. God bless
Good on you JP for bringing a little joy in these two mens life. I guarantee that was a moment theyll never forget
Incredibly touching that you shared the gift of flight with these two gentlemen. I absolutely loved this!
This reminds me of how I felt when I flew in a small plane for the first time. Well done!
Well my dad took me up once when i was 13. Ever since then i'm infected. Health kept me from becoming a pilot. But i take every change i have to get airborne. Its just awesome.
This is such a beautiful gesture JP. The world needs more people like you! It’s so nice to see how you care for others and share such wonderful yet rare experiences with them. May God bless you.
Their smile made it all worth it... Thanks for sharing this video
Worth more than Gold. Thanks for gifting this to them JP!
The funny thing is, this guy had a better first time flying than most of the people do, because he actually could look around and feel how the plane is behaving.
Normally you would just get into a big commercial airplane where you will just have a tiny window to look around.
Great to see a human smile like that. :)
You have a kind heart to share them the experience of flying, God bless you.
One of the best youtube videos I have watched. What you did for those guys giving them thier first flight =amazing. The pure joy on those faces and yours for being able to share your passion. Simply awesome.
The joys of aviation! This is what it is all about.
I like that you built up the airspeed far above necessary when you took off to give him maximum giggle.
He didn't follow proper procedure, though...
When initiating a zoom-climb, it is essential to shout, "Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!"
This just made me so incredibly happy. To see them smiling and giggling like kids - what pure joy!! Thank you for doing this!
That put a BIG smile on my face JP! Awesome
Thank you for giving these men the experience of flying. My son had the exact same face when he had the first flight. Now he is an airline pilot making many memories and dreams of becoming a pilot for boys and girls. This brought much joy to my heart.
Aviation is such a beautiful experience, it is so nice to see that you are sharing that experience with others. It reminds me of my first time flying. Awesome video thank you so much.
You gave those lads an experience they'll never forget, just look at their huge smile, what an amazing and beautiful part of the World to fly.
Sharing your passion with others is such an amazing thing, Cheers JP.
Great video JP. Love first time reactions. I fly for EAA young eagles here in the US for the same reason.
Excellent. It's a very nice thing to give someone a first airplane ride. I remember my first airplane ride in 1952 (yes, I CAN remember that far back). I was fascinated with airplanes years before 1952 and ever since.
Keep giving more folks those pure moments of joy
13 years of flying and I still can't help grinning like this guy when I take off some times. Keep sharing the joy of flight JP.
How lovely to take the two guys up flying! Very cool.
It’s always a great feeling when you know you just did a good thing like that, I’ve taken a few people on their first flight before too and that smile is always worth it.
You are the best man , and I love South Africa 🇿🇦
I love it! Just to see people who never flew before. Awesome!
I think Africa hold the most pure human beings. No social media to mess with their thought.
Ooh thank you so much for this, this has made me cry... receive some pure love from Africa
Truly amazing that flight is gonna stay with him for the rest of his Life
The facial expressions say it all...... thank you for sharing.
This is what life and the human spirit is, just people trying to make connections, create happiness, be happy and leave a good mark on each other........ In a world that gets cynical with each passing moment, it is nice to see.
That was really nice of you to take them both. It's almost 2020 we should all be Flying.
I missed this when you first posted it but so glad I caught up. What a great thing to do JP. Allow someone to see your joy and share your passion with them in the air. Peters expression says it all. Well done.
OUTSTANDING! Love to see those smiles.. thanks for sharing. Fly safe and fly often!
What a guy JP !
Great gesture
Thank you for giving them an incredible experience that they will remember always! When you fly every day you kind of take it for granted. This was awesome!!!
This is dope. Im an aircraft mechanic and fly all the time and it still cathces of guard when I hear people have never flown before.
Awesome to see you being you, “a nice guy” and that was the best way to explain what it’s like to fly, I think there will be more people that will enjoy watching this than you think.
I love their smiles
Extreme joy at its finest!!
The smiles say it all. Nicely done 👍🤙✈️✈️✈️😎😁
You should have let him take the stick up in a nice level flight. Now that would have been a memorable first flight. But either way they had the time of their life and not likely to ever forget it or you for taking him. This is how lifelong friendships are made.
Always so much fun to take someone for a first flight!
That was SO awesome of you taking the two of them flying on their first flight!! I'm sure that made their year, or even better!! Kudos to you, Sir!!
Started going to flight school (for helicopters) this summer after watching videos like yours, the around the World Series and videos like Trent’s. I’m hopefully going to solo soon!
Great job! Thanks for sharing the experience of flying with those guys and the video with us 👍
Well done mate. You shared beauty with beautiful people. God Bless.
Really enjoyed this JP thanks for sharing
Thank you for helping them.
Thank you guys for showing such generosity by flying them 😍 Stay blessed.
Loved their reactions. Pure joy and innocence
Absolutely a beautiful and amazing video!!!! To experience their first flight was incredible!!! Thanks for taking us along!!!!!
This is so heartwarming! I’m a pilot myself and I hope to be able to give someone their first taste of flight someday too. Thanks for sharing!
Smiling. JP you are a GA ambassador for the world. See you in the skies!
You made his dreams come true. You are awesome. Bravo. You are an amazing guy, bro.
Awesome sauce! Just like flying a young eagle with EAA! The joy of aviation is passed on to two young men! Great Job Bro!
Thank you for the video JP.
Watching your videos has inspired me to take flying lessons. I’ve just completed my first solo flight. Thanks for the encouragement.
You should more of these, it’s so nice to see such excitement in someone
Me too, I was so happy and excited
You are a great man, with a great passion and a great heart. Happy landings.
This was so fun to watch! Love the new intro too!
What a great time. Glad he got to experience flying
So glad he got that experience!
Its fun to listen to you narrating your video and then talking on the in the video. Then I can hear you are from Namibia :)
Cool.
Good job taking them out flying :)
Nice & smooth. Thank you.
great of you to share the joy of flying!
What a great thing to do for someone. My GF's first flight way back when, I gave her the "big eyes look" as if something was wrong when we started to climb just to mess with her. haha.
and here i was waiting for that "hilarious freakout"......and waiting...still waiting
You changed that man’s life!
He will never forget you
So nice of you guys.
Pure joy! So infectious, great decision. Good man!
Priceless reaction by Peter
