I'm Filipino-American, but was born in the Philippines. What's really cool and interesting is that there are different types of martial arts depending on the region of the islands; some are more known for hand to hand combat, some with knives (eskrima), and kali (using bamboo sticks). Ohh and there's one called Kinamutay where it's basically as rough of a street fighting style where one key element is literally biting your opponent...yes, totally crazy. You should react to Filipino martial arts next.

Actually kali is design for bolo or machete. Bamboo sticks are only use as a reference. The usual bamboo sticks they use are as same length as bolo or machete. They have this discipline that every time they are holding a bamboo stick they should treat it like a sharped edge weapon.

Nice Reaction Gents! 😀👍 Boxing's only 8 Division World Champion (Winning Titles from Flyweight (112 Lbs.) To Jr. Middleweight (154 Lbs.) The Pacman is a Living Legend that is still going strong today. Currently, Manny has been reinstated as the WBA Welterweight (147 Lbs.) Champion after being out of the game for almost 2 years (Mostly due to the Pandemic). He recently announced his comeback in what is possibly the biggest Fight of 2021 (outside of Fury vs. Joshua). The Pacman is going against the Boogeyman/Top Guy in his Division: #1 Welterweight and considered a Top 3 Fighter Pound 4 Pound Fighter in the Undefeated, WBC and IBF Champion Errol "The Truth" Spence Jr. for a Unification Title Bout on August 21, 2021 in Las Vegas. Pac is 42 years old and Spence is 31, who is in his absolute prime. Again, Pac has been out for 2 years and is a considerable Underdog. Spence is taller (5'9.5 Ft. to Pac's 5'5 Ft) with a long reach ( 72 In. to Pac's 67 In.) and is generally the bigger man. My head says Spence but my heart goes to Pacquiao.
This is a Fight with serious historical ramifications. Many look at this Matchup as a proverbial Passing of the Torch, due to Pacquiao being an old head that will get KO'd into Retirement. A victory over Pacquiao will propel Spence to be the New Face of Boxing. But I have a feeling that Pac has one more magical performance left in him to score a huge upset. A Pacquiao win will make him the Oldest Man to be The Unified Champion in the Welterweight Division ( Adding to a Record he already holds after winning the WBA strap from Former Unified Champion in Keith "One Time" Thurman back in July 20, 2019, making him the oldest, at the age of 40, to claim a piece of the Welterweight Throne).
If Pacquiao wins, I won't be surprised to see Pacquiao go all in for the title of Undisputed, taking on another Top 3 Pound 4 Pound Fighter (I personally think #2 behind Canelo) and current WBO Welterweight Champion in Terrence "Bud" Crawford. All this while being a Senator in the Philippines who may be considering a bid to be the country's President in 2022. I don't about you guys but I am super hyped for this Fight!🔥
