I have adhd, but use long videos with single trigger, or very little trigger changes, for concentration when I really need to get housework done. It’s amazing what I can get done when all the chaos in my head is focused on one thing in the background🥰🥰

This is the best asmr i've ever slept to! Usually i'd stick to one video then eventually get bored of it but, i've been going to this video consistently to fall asleep to and it NEVER dissapoints! Best one i know for sleep. ( I tried not to fall asleep typing this )
