The Kossith could have gotten to the south of Thedas through an Eluvian.

I thought that when train as a reaver they talk about how there's a chance the qunari race came about from the ancient elves consumption of dragon blood during the training

Theory; Ghilan'nain had multiple Horrors of Hormak-like sites and the Kossith/Qunari's race were created in such a place.
The Tevinter Imperium took much of the ancient elves after they sacked Arlathan. So perhaps they took the Qunari that were left in such a place.
One of the Mosaics in Inquisition shows one or more magisters overlooking the transport of a dozen chained Qunari.
Perhaps they found the Qunari in the south, in the Korcari Wilds, and transported them north over their highway.
Some of the Qunari escaped, sailed north and Koslun gave the savages a new purpose after a few generations.
The ones that didn't escape got sacrificed by the magisters sidereal to get enough power to break into the Fade physically (again from a mosaic)

I can get behind this theory for sure, everything we know about the race’s backstory is very foreboding, especially what Kieran says-I really hope we get the full explanation in DATV

Ghilan'nain didn't create the Kossith nor the Qunari

I agree with everything you said in the video. Some things just don't add up.

I hope Sten (now Arishok) is in the new game. I really miss this character.

He's only the Arishok in BioWare's comic book continuity. The fact that he can die, be kicked from the party or even left caged in Lothering in Origins largely suggests his role is minor at best in the greater narrative of Dragon Age.
