I use to hate Bissell because my mom always had issues with the cheap vacuums at her cleaning job, but man once I looked at other companies when I needed a cheap vac for my home they just don't offer the price range Bissell does. Got a little vacuum for $30 and it kicks ass for the money! and nearly every other company starts at $70+, keep it up Bissell!👍🏻

That's fine, but:
1) I have never seen a demonstration on dry and encrusted stains (wine, soy sauce or ketchup)
2) or on high or medium pile carpets.
Same result, but you might need to brush it off using harder brush first. If it's already hardened

Being a carpet cleaner, I feel the same to an extent. The thing is, the owner of this is going to use it probably within 30 minutes, not the next day or next week. You should have someone come and professionally do the old, crusty stains and spots that have had time to settle into the padding

I just bought the cleaner and it came with a bottle of cleaning solution, and there is a dalmatian on the bottle, I thought it was hilarious and adorable!
Now THIS is a commercial. I have a carpeted livingroom of about 3x4x5 meters that I would love to clean with this tool and stop having to call the guys for it.

After you have sucked up all the wet stuff, how dry is the fabric or carpet? Does it take long to dry after?
Hi there, dry time varies greatly on the type of material, technique and attachment used with the machine, and airflow around the area. For portable machines, generally the time can be anywhere between 4 - 8 hours.
We have this one, it's an amazing machine but very noisy, I have to use earplugs.
What do you expect? If you want less noise, use bucket and water with a sponge mate.

Difference between the turbo and the Pro?
Apparently the only difference is that the turbo comes with a two year warranty, a trial size bottle of cleaning solution and it's purple whereas the turbo professional comes with a three year warranty, a full size bottle of cleaning solution and it's orange.
The specs are exactly the same for both models.
Help please, twice now I have tried to clean my soaked in spilt milk , the odour is ewww. I thought I got it all until the sun hit the spot, hence purchasing the antibacterial turbo. I do not want to toss out my lovely rug.
You should try some enzymatic cleaner, it washed off the disgusting smell of a rotting body for me (it was a rat don't worry).

drench the area with baking soda. leave overnight if you canand clean it next day. repeat if smell is still there but baking soda even gets rid of urine smells. hydrogen peroxide mixed with baking sida is supposed to be good but not sure if you can use on all materials. google that first

i can assure you that probably wont kill a dog considering what gross things they can eat without problems

Hello - I have this but the clean water + solution just stays in the clean tank, so I’m wondering what I’m doing wrong. Do you hold the trigger just to release the liquid when pre-treating - or do you hold the trigger while you are suctioning up as well?
Yes hold the button and then scrub it also then suck up the liquid.
When the machine is on (red button in between the tanks) it is suctioning. The trigger is to spray the solution only. When in doubt refer to the instructions.
