- This is my Ten Million relief plan S rank on ACE Difficulty! my take / strategy is down in description below if anyone is having difficulties S ranking this mission! :D I hope this helps!
I warn you, this is a pretty structured guide! but it's a guaranteed S rank with the minimums way possible I know XD. I hope this is helpful.
Strategy:
I'm using LACM for this... XD use any aircraft with LACM if you're following my guide. LAGM might work well too, but the explosion radius is not as big~
This guide is pretty structured and guaranteed S rank! :D refer to the video if you're having problem. I suggest you're using : [Standard Missiles Reload Speed] upgrade!!!!
because those SLUAV can be a bit of a pain in the afterburner.
and SAVE YOUR FLARES! I repeat SAVE YOUR FLARES XD

Starting off with 3 SACS Rafales. use your afterburner immediately and kill 1 of them by flying at them head on.. shoot with your gun / missiles.
the rest are easy.. take them asap while they're busy targeting Escorts. I found out they're easier to kill if you got to them early.
When the first batch of the SLUAV spawn, focus on the farthest ones first, reason being, so you can make your way back as you shoot the rest!! :D
The second batch of SLUAV will spawn along with Rafales SACS soon after! make sure your aim is true and wipe them up! asap! because for some reason, your team mates is really reliable in this phase stealing your kills lol!! if they stole your kills, that's less points for you! XD

Scan for Alicorn after you kill all of the airborne enemies.
you can use your afterburner, as long as you know the general direction the alicorn is hiding....fast! slow down when you think you've reached the spot!
After you kill all the buoys, go to the second Alicorn scan area asap and be ready! this is random, but usually it's way left next to the previous scan area on the map.. after you get to the area, FLY SLOWLY. remember when I told you to Save your FLARES? USE THEM HERE! as SLUAVs will be targeting you from behind as you FLY SLOW.
they eventually will overshoot you!!! this is where you can take them down easily while scanning the area... this is great for some extra points!~ making it easier to S rank later on! :D

ALICORN: FIRST PHASE :
as soon as the Alicorn spawn, USE YOUR LACM on both of the rail guns. if you're lucky, they're gone, if not, fly close and destroy them asap! then destroy ALL of the Targets on Alicorn, SAFE FOR 1 BALLAST TANK.
I REPEAT!! LEAVE AT LEAST 1 BALLAST TANK INTACT! because we want the Alicorn to dive once so it can launch some SLUAVs!! XD
as soon as SLUAVs launched and the Alicorn dove, kill those SLUAVs as many as you can!! this is where reload speed upgrades come in handy! get at least 26-28k before the ALICORN SURFACES again! 8D
when the Alicorn SURFACES, THIS IS THE POINT WHEN YOU HAVE TO DESTROY THE LAST BALLAST TANK.. USE LACM FROM AFAR While dealing with airborne enemies for points! XD
soon, general Torres will fake surrender but keep on killing airborne enemies. hopefully you reached 30k+ at this point!
the more the better!
Deal with the big rail gun ASAP as usual,THEN....

ALICORN PHASE 2:
CLIMB, and Destroy the CWIS with LACM then fly close, but don't overshoot! you still need to take down the Jammer asap, after that, go kill the core.
if you see opportunities to kill some SLUAVS while positioning your final shot, do that! kill them for extra points! but the CORE is important! you need the time bonus! always prioritize core!
done! hopefully you finish the mission under 14 minutes. and get enough score to get the minimum S rank needed!!

Probably the hardest mission to get an s rank in because of how much you gotta haul ass around the map in the first part. Even sp mission 2 was easier even tho it was technically harder as a whole

That was Top Notch, ACG!! LACMs are quite potent indeed!! I loved using the FAEB for my run. Man what an explosion!! Speaking of explosions, on Checkpoint 3-4, if you launch the FAEB after the Mission Update appears, you'll be able to knock out all SLUAVs as they are launching out. Potential time saver, and chunks of points.
