    Edit 2: tell me how you think it feels.

    • @angelck785
      @angelck785 5 лет назад +121

      The same reaction would occur if the person were to inject bleach into his/her bloodstream, {it'll be a slow death, i don't recommend}
      But it wouldn't be the same if the person were to drink the bleach directly
      First, it'll cause burning in the mouth, throat, etc. as it goes down and would create a major lung and kidney failure.
      I don't want to dwell further into this topic. Bye!

What was causing the heat and gas? What was the gas - you didn't test it. What was the volume of gas released? The blood has fluid elements and solid elements, what is that white stuff in the end??

    • @angelamazakas2624

      Believe it or not hydrogen peroxide is one of the only things that can clean up blood and make it unable to be found by crime scene investigators. Bleach doesn't cover it up when they use a spray and UV light, but the hydro peroxide does. So you actually used the right thing to properly sanitize lol

      Maurice Estelle Two completely different things. Hydrogen Peroxide has two hydrogens and two oxygens, whereas bleach is its own separate thing. Hydrogen peroxide tends to oxidize things. I’d label it as less dangerous compared to bleach. You probably wouldn’t want to drink it, though.
      I use hydrogen peroxide for blood, mainly, although I have used it to sterilize things in a gentler way (bleach+fish tank=disaster) since it’s supposed to break down in water. People use it to kill algae and stuff in fish tanks too, and it’s supposed to be good to clean cuts. Bleach, on the other hand, is used for vastly different things. Both are similar in some ways but very different too. You probably wouldn’t want to be pouring bleach on your cut unless it’s diluted (like, the amount they recommend to sanitize water diluted).

    The solids might be the formed elements in the blood. If you spin blood down in a centrifuge, there’s a part that turns a straw/yellow color and then you get the layer of what I’m assuming is the same as what you saw when you combined the blood with bleach.
