I have been a subscriber since 2020. I would like to remind viewers that Parachinar was used as a launching pad for the Mujahideen in the 1980s against the Soviet Union. Since then, Parachinar has experienced ongoing sectarian violence against Shia Muslims. The Mujahideen were predominantly Deobandi and Ahl-e-Hadith, who are ideological opponents of the Shia and attacked multiple times local Shia population during that era. On the other hand, The Soviet Union targeted Parachinar because it served as a base for the Mujahideen. As a result, Parachinar has been in a precarious situation, attacked by both the Mujahideen and the Soviet Union simultaneously.

All Lies there is no TTP presence in upper Kurram and central Kurram. The recent conflict spread through whole Kurram agency like fire because of vicious attack on Boshehra (Sunni Tribe) from surrounding Shia villages and Shia fighters from all over Kurram, to counter this ferocious attack Sunni villages bordering Shia villages start firing and engaging them. Almost 90 % Shia fighters injuries and deaths happened during their attack on Boshehra. NO one is innocent here and no side should play the victim card.

Being local of the area the actual reason is, that Bushira is small town of about 200 houses of Sunni Bangash encircled by Shia Turi in the upper Kurram. Their is 20 years of land dispute between these two tribes. But for this time Shia have decided to eliminate this small village to grab the land and resolved all the disputes for once.
