Vlad you are amazing. Talented, resourceful, and honest. You are fortunate to be working on rust free vehicles. Here in central New York State they use so much road salt that cars are crusty rusty from the tin termites.
If I took this same problem to any of my body shops in my town they would have just got a new bumper.... not even attempted this fix...... its freakin genius. I can watch these videos all day........ I think its just time to live stream your shop all day LOL

What material was that bumper Polypropylene >PP< or Thermoplastic Polyolefin >TPO
Wow $8500 for a plastic bumper part from RR. So it allows for using the best people and materials to fix it. I bet that plastic repair glue stuff is not so cheap either. Is it a one-time use or can use a few times?
