    I know personally that reducing caffeine helped me a lot. I only drink a little caffeine two hours after I wake up, and then, after my caffeine, I only drink water for the rest of the day. I find myself getting much better sleep.

      Not really if you’re an experienced lifter and have been lifting for years progress can slow down a lot or hit a plateau, just switch up the workouts and come to the gym more often. It took me 5 years to come from 315 to 405 naturally.

      @SovereignofDawn-k4g I'll say that personally when I had this issue, I'd ended up having to take a break for about a week due to other circumstances; and when I returned to working out, I blew through every plateau without struggle. It could be that your body needs an extended period to fully recover!

    I store milk in glass containers. It taste better and kast longer. Empty glass food jars like jelly or pickles are great to store drinks in even if its cold. I never use plastic

    Zinc supplementation and long sleep definitely bring almost immediate and noticeable improvement. The other tips probably work, but are more of a healthy habit that will improve your entire health eventually in a very gradual way

    16 hour fast, regular exercise with focus on heavy legs, strength based cardio (burpees, weighted shadow box) healthy fats and good protein: oysters, clams, and meats for zinc magnesium, tallow for healthy animal fat, and usually 7 to 8 hours of sleep, no altering chemicals: nicotine, weed, alcohol, caffiene, and cut sugar below 75g. Thats a good base line for healthy test, I feel it

      In my forties, I used to work 90+ hrs a week with shit sleep and no working out. Now arthritis has set in several locations including back, solid sleep is so rough these days lol
