    Glad to see you bk looks like had bad time with that clay looking great I got lucky digging mine just soil till hit sand stone just over 5 half foot deep so called it a day look forward to nx video takecare mate

      thanks Ian, been off work today but non stop rain, had to make 5 runs to diy store to build up supplies, so i didnt feel the day was wasted..as i writing this the rain is pounding the window....Come back sunshine ..thanks for watching buddy

      bought mine on ebay..just type this in and search......Aerated Bottom Drain 4" inch Bottom Drain manufactured in solid PVC pipe

      @@PaulsKoipond I agree. When building my pond recording the youtube stuff helped the pain. Only koi pond people can appreciate the work (and thought) that goes in to making a pond yourself.

      @@PaulsKoipond its to hide my drum and shower as I don't like it on show plus I already have an office/man cave and a workshop plus two shipping containers in my small half acre garden.....a man can have too many sheds.....trust me I cant find anything as I have to go on a hunt for tools just to do a 5 min job 🤣

    Man you have wet water table at how many feet? Make a small DIY well also friend so you can use water for long water changes and constant flow through. 🥳🥳

      Our garden is on a slight slope..we have full clay at 18 inches deep so water soaks down to the clay which acts as a barrier..small stream 2 roads away takes it away...wet in winter but dry in summer

      Probably about double the width of the wall itself....nice and deep though probably about 18 inches or so
