A big fan of this i-City Mall when I was staying in Klang, so much that I held my wedding dinner there haha
It's a very comfortable mall, has great layout, wide selection of stores and F&B, and an amazing IMAX hall. Parking layout and system is super smooth too!
Thanks for sharing!
Happy CNY chester! I'm just back from Central i city. Haha. I love their Nale Nasi Lemak. So far, the mall is okay. Because with indoor waterfall, and Cinema. I'm gonna rate it 10/10, I think. Because not too crowded, a lot of shops, a lot of restaurants, and more lah.
Thanks, Gong Xi Fa Chai to you too!
@@chestercheng.realestate 👍👍👍👍
Nice video 🎉
Thanks for watching!
Oh, AEON Bukit Tinggi is doing very well. So is Setia City Mall.
Do 101 City mall next.
Central I-City location is strategic at Shah Alam because prior this, people would likely go PJ side of mall. So, this mall can attract the Shah Alam resident & Klang side too. I did went to this mall quite a lot back then during my study era, the retail shops are not that much but looking at your video now, it's improving significantly.
As for my suggestion for this channel, maybe you can start establish a small team to aid for this channel. To give ideas & marketing your channel. And maybe can do another series like underated tourist spot in Malaysia???. It would be great. Take your time and just do what you love.
Thanks for the suggestion, but at the moment its just a one man show. I can't afford to hire anyone at this point of time since the channel isn't really making much from the ads revenue due to low view counts
@chestercheng.realestate Sure. I understand, it takes a lot of effort and time to make a great and useful content especially at this age. Take your time and keep doing thing at your own pace.
iCity Central mall is a good neighborhood mall with sufficient food outlets, clothing stores, cinema, specialty stores, etc. The size is not too big or small. There are more outlets now since 2023. When it opened in March 2019, Covid-19 hit M'sia a year later. Hence, there was a struggle in getting tenants for a few years. There is parking space available over at the residential blocks. Just park at levelP3 and walk across to the mall via the link bridge from UG level.
Thanks for the mall walk-through! 😃 Based on its name, I wonder if this mall is related to Central Group in Thailand.
Good question, but one of the main developer is from Thailand
I am desperately looking for a suitable mall to go during weekdays nearby Bukit Raja, now I am interested to go this mall 🥳
I think this mall is a good option for weekdays.
Chester Cheng, in the future will you expand to cover malls outside of Klang Valley like in Penang, Ipoh and JB ?
I will if I go there for holidays
Enjoyed the video, i lived there for 2 years and I enjoyed staying there, i would agree that they are doing way better now then 2years ago. The mall is good with many decent shops enough to your daily needs like F&B, groceries and clothing. As a resident there, i go there often on weekdays as there are way less people compared to the weekend crowd (at least x5 more people). I would intentionally avoid going to the mall on the weekends because of the crowd. Though the mall is quite complete, i still find my self going to setia city mall for certain shops. Overall, a very good mall that compliments its surroundings offices, residents, theme parks visitors.
Thanks for the local's perspective!
Suggest you to feature IOI Damansara Mall, DC Mall, Starling Mall.
I'll consider adding them to my future videos.
Dont skip the advertisements linked to Chester's videos people. Let the ads run to the end.
Ps- not sure why one of the ads was from S.Korea. Weird yt algorithm 🤔
Thank you for you support
My personal opinion, Setia City Mall is the best mall in Shah Alam
Sadly, the toilet there is small, I had a hard time to find empty toilet to shit.
Now scared to go
damn, another Uncle Roger shop lol... so far I've tried Pavilion KL & IPC mall
anyway, happy CNY to u Chester
Happy CNY to you and your family too!
why Bangkok malls are more exciting, beautiful than in Klang Valley?
Are you comparing to the ones you see here? Because there are beautiful and popular malls which will not be covered here(yet).
Central i-City's success means Klang Parade, Shaw Centrepoint and AEON Bukit Raja are dying slowly.
I did have request to do Klang Parade video
Another mall with similar shops. Not much excitement in Malaysia.
Too bad the mall was much better when it just opened. Now feel so crowded and looks so average. more stores now but so so brand
average mall....
