The mind of Christ is pivotal. Through oneness with Him, we embody His mindset and identity. As the last Adam, Jesus restored our connection to Father God, restoring the consciousness of rule and have dominion. This mindset is crucial for understanding the kingdom and God's heart. Jesus exemplified perfect unity with the Father, demonstrating that our actions don't affect our relationship with God. By spending time with the Father, we align our thought life with Him, leading to success and victory. Understanding that we are made in the image and likeness of God, in oneness with Him, transforms our lives.
The first Adam's error was thinking that his actions impacted his relationship with God, leading to self-condemnation and a sense of separation. However, God's desire has always been for us to be in close relationship with Him, as evidenced by His actions in the garden of Eden. God came to Adam, seeking to maintain their relationship despite Adam's actions, showing that God's love and desire for relationship with us remain unchanged by our deeds.
It's not our actions that define our relationship with God, but rather our mindset and oneness with Him. The more we align our thoughts with His, the more we understand His heart and intentions for us. This alignment brings about a transformation in every aspect of our lives, as we begin to see ourselves as He sees us: in His image and likeness, destined for success and victory. So, spend time with the Father, get to know Him intimately, and watch as your life is transformed by the renewing of your mind to reflect His.
