    📌順發孖記極尚XO醬(Deluxe XO Sauce) 1湯匙
    📌順發孖記蒸魚豉油(Seafood Soy Sauce) 1湯匙
    📌順發孖記頭遍老抽王(Superior Light Dark Soy Sauce) 1湯匙
    📌蝦(Prawns) 10隻
    📌魷魚(Squid) 1條
    📌粉絲(Beans Vermicelli) 200克
    📌辣椒(Chili) 適量
    📌蒜蓉(Minced garlic) 適量
    📌蔥粒(Finely Chopped Scallion) 適量
    📌紅蔥頭(Shallots) 適量
    做法:
    ①以熱水把粉絲浸軟,略剪一下,再加入蒸魚豉油和老抽拌勻上色備用
    ②剪去蝦頭備用,蝦身背部切開,去掉蝦腸及蝦尾尖刺,再將魷魚交叉斜切一下
    弄個花紋再切成一條條
    ③將魷魚和蝦灼水,再盛起備用
    ④先將油燒熱,放去殼蝦頭,以中火煎至焦香,爆香後撈出
    ⑤爆炒蒜蓉和紅蔥頭,加入蝦和魷魚一直爆炒,再加入粉絲炒至熟透
    ⑥準備秘密武器順發孖記XO醬,加入一湯匙XO醬,再加XO辣油炒至均勻
    ⑦鍋中加入洋蔥,再加入海鮮粉絲,灑上蔥粒和辣椒
    ⑧食用前煮滾一下,趁熱享用了
