Try making those PVC things you made to hold the powder but don’t drill a hole. Somehow light it. And see what happens
And if you didnt drill a hole for the smoke to escape on the grenades? Would it explode into color?
There’s the hole for the fuse tho
If you could ignite it in a sealed area, the pvc would weaken and the smoke would burst out and make a hole or holes, it probably wont explode.
try other materials that shatter like quenched glass or something
What if you created a colored metal (obviously not by painting) or adding a coloring to the fuel of the flamethrower to release colorful flames?
@@uiomancannot7931 Depends on the pressure used to make the pellets and how strong the glue is holding the top on. He seemed to just guess in this video as I didn't see a pressure readout he looked at. He also didn't "glue" the top on, he just slipped it over the tube which gives the pressure somewhere to go first as it's probably going to be the 1st thing to fail. Also the hole for the fuse and then smoke is also a weak point, but it does give the pressure somewhere to go, hopefully before to much pressure occurs. Cheers..

I honestly loved the smoke grenades and the rainbow! Great job man! I would love to see a bomb where you pull the tab, throw it, and 3-5 seconds later a huge cloud of smoke appears from seemingly no-where... I think that would be really cool. Like if you agree.

I play at a place that you can do that, however they require you use cold smoke grenades as its an indoor place and they want to lower the risk of the fire spreading.

A suggestion to increase the smoke release rate from the grenades: drill more holes in the sides, then seal them with candle wax or some other solid with a fairly low melting point. Also, you could line the inner surface of the grenades with more fuse cord connected to the main fuse. That way, the heat would quickly travel from the main fuse throughout the casing, and the burning powder would melt the candle wax and open up more holes for smoke release.
You know the rockets you made that shot into the sky add some colored smoke to it and it will look like a colorful jet path!

what happens when you add saw dust to the smoke pallets. I think it would keep air in the pallets and it would burn a bit better.

when you make the pressure makes it harder to light as we learned from the stack of colors in the acrylic tube. Maybe that could be why it burned slower

Have you guys ever done “ninja-style” impact smoke bombs? If not id love to see that
And are there colorant alternatives besides the dyes you have to buy in bulk?
Would iron oxide dye powders work? And would this work with the KNO3/Sugar mix?
You can put color powder in a closed packet without any holes for the air to get out and see if it will explode!
TaSoS_44 it won't burn as fire has 3 rules fuel heat oxygen so the smoke Grenade burns on fire but it then won't work
TaSoS_44 it would probably put it's self out, if air can't get out than it can't get in.
Smoke mix doesn't need outside oxygen to burn.
But i don't think it would work very well anyway. The heat would burn the color, making it "smoke less", so to speak.
