You kinda have to at higher keys to manage time throughout the dungeon+these are arguably the best aoe rn with fdk and balance being uncapped, with assassin having very strong aoe as well.

No thats just for mythic raid rashanan. Gives 3% vers when fighting the raid version of the boss. Will not affect dawnbreaker. Its used just for mythic raid prog. The buff lasts the entire week which is why is showed as 100% buff uptime
U don’t go shorter shockwave or aoe interrupt? In this season with kicks and stops being so important, I feel like that’s crazy. I guess u are relying on ur teammates to be good on kicks and stops. Still feels a bit troll, but I understand wanting to get the haste node
well, u cant take silence roar for free and u will waste very very good talent to take it and i know that i can manage to cook kicks/stops to make it not needed. And its not troll)
