    I have such a hard time keeping up with journaling. I have so many journal books, but hardly any thoughts written in them. I need to change that. People say it's better to write than type (which I now prefer). What are your thoughts on that?
    P.S. My gf has ADHD, so it makes sense why she loves journaling! 🙂

      Thanks so much for watching! I prefer to write over typing if I need to retain information. I believe I read somewhere that writing is better for test taking too, I just love writing in general my journal has gotten me through so much. Your gf may be on to something! 😊
