I’ve been a Chloénette shipper since the Unaired Pilot episode; (which not only never got aired) revealed that Chloé and Marinette were Childhood friends who Audrey felt were becoming too close to one another, Sabine who was childhood friends with Audrey felt that Chloé and Marinette made a cute little couple, this caused Sabine and Audrey who were friends to hate each other and they taught their daughters to be mean to each other and mistreat one another if they ended up going to school together. But Chloé towards the end of the Unaired Pilot realized that she had feelings for Marinette, although she was always mean to her, and she felt confused about what would happen if she ever revealed to Marinette or anyone else how she truly felt toward Marinette, and she decided to be even meaner and more disrespectful to Marinette which ultimately led to them getting annoyed of being stuck together in the same class at school.

As a Chloénette shipper and a Directioner; I have to say that this song fits Chloé and Marinette perfectly!! I believe that Chloé knows that Marinette is Ladybug and that is why Chloé idolizes ladybug, but also because it explains why she seems to start being nicer towards Marinette in Season 2 when she first became Queen Bee. However; as time progressed and Ladybug kept “forgetting” (Chloé’s belief) to bring her the Bee miraculous, Chloé began to resent Ladybug and to an extent Marinette, which explains why Chloé seems to be extremely mean to Marinette in the New York special. Also; Chloé seems to get into an argument with Marinette and Lila in a teaser for S4 that I saw courtesy of a friend (who works at ZagToon in France), and in the new teaser I saw; Chloé seems to say; “You’re no different from Lila, Dupain-Cheng” to which Lila says; “I resent that!” and Marinette says; “Whatever Chloé!” just before two akumas and an amok appear and akumatize Chloé and Lila both but the amok goes inside a new bracelet Lila is wearing.
