On my journey back to Shannon yesterday I only ate an apple and a small amount of barbaque crisps until my return back to my daughter's house in Annacotty Limerick. My blood sugars were normal without going "Beeping" low until I had a supper to eat at 7.30pm last meal being my breakfast at 8.30am (7.30am Irish time). I had no problems during that 12hr timespan. This morning I had my usual breakfast at 8.20am took the same insulin dose as the previous morning in Medjugorje. Today my blood meter was "beeping" at 10.30am showing my blood sugar was on the way down indicating the need to have a mid-morning snack. Thank you Our Mother Mary for keeping my blood sugar level normal as I returned home from Medjugorje. D
