I went to the vintage store the other day and got a reproduction of the original 1950s Barbie for her 35th anniversary. the doll was made in 1993 I think and it's still in the box, for only 21.50!
I found a vintage reproduction, made in 1993 of a 58 or maybe a 62 doll (blonde bubblecut). Not with her original clothes (I don't think) but she herself is in excellent condition. Do you know about how much it would go for? Just the body, no clothing or box?
Im a 02's kid, I love our generation kind of barbie dolls like they have many articulation and stuff, and in my own opinion I think older Bdolls are the best .

I love all the barbies! (The 70s-80s Era was not really my favorite but...) I really enjoy the newer barbies too, I think that they have a difference in articulation especially the made to move ones! But I do think that the newer fashion packs could be more detailed like the vintage ones. 😶

The double date set I think it's really cool that you get to see the old Barbie and Mitch and ken and Ron dolls together I think it would be cooler if Mitch's hair was brown that's just my opinion I love these dolls and I would love it if you would do more reviews on the old dolls❣❣❣

I have Everyone of the Barbie's that You Showed/unboxed. Your Mom has Excellent taste !!! Since All of them are Reproduction Barbie's at a Great/Fabulous price it's a Major Buy at a small price I know because I not only have the Reproductions of the Original's. But I have since purchased separately All of them from a Private online saler. & the cost is So Outrageous!!!!$$$$. That the very much lower price Reproduction Barbie's are so much more fun to collect & they are just as Gorgeous as the Original one's for a fraction of the cost. Mattel still even today (2022) produces Reproduction Barbie's. I just Love waiting to see what Fabulous Reproduction Barbie Mattel will release each year. There are four- a spring, summer, autumn & winter outfit. The autumnal orange and gold outfit- Dinner at Six, I think- are called Hostess Pajamas. The outfit with the white coat is a winter ensemble. “Winter holiday. “ The dress is the spring outfit. I can’t remember the name. The summer outfit is called resort set. I actually made a version for myself but never got to wear it because my friends and I were supposed go see it & do outfits but they bailed.

Did you know back in the days like 1959 and the 60's the barbie doll only costed like $3.95 or $1.50 and the clothes costed around 80 cents to $3.00 and I know it was soooo cheap unlike our days when they cost like $25.00 or even $30 or $40

How much do the reproductions go for? I have a blonde bubblecut barbie, her markings say @1958, 1993 on her back. @1958 on the back of her head. She is in excellent condition but I don't believe I have her original clothing, and no box or anything else with her.

ACTUALLY Barbie was $3.00 and her fashions ranged from $1.00 to $5.00. Adjusting for inflation Barbie cost $25 and her fashions ranged from $9 to $40.
