When you're evicted from an apartment or home they lock you out on the day of your 30 day expiration and you have a certain amount of time take arrangements to get the rest of your belongings if still there. Everybody on here disagreeing with the judge but you must have missed the part aside from the 30 day notice he granted her an extra couple of weeks which he admitted to and changed the locks after the 30 days however he admitted to granting her an extra couple weeks so therefore that voids out the 30 days automatically when he admitted to it when the very next day she was coming back to get the rest of her stuff. He was petty and mad cause she wouldn't date him and he was butt hurt. He was right on this one because he was holding her stuff for payment and you can't do that!! Even when you are evicted they change the locks but they put all of your items out within 24 to 48 hours

Everybody on here disagreeing with the judge but you must have missed the part aside from the 30 day notice he granted her an extra couple of weeks which he admitted to and changed the locks after the 30 days however he admitted to granting her an extra couple weeks so therefore that voids out the 30 days automatically when he admitted to it when the very next day she was coming back to get the rest of her stuff. He was petty and mad cause she wouldn't date him and he was butt hurt. I do however agree that I have seen alot of cases that I disagree with JM and his decisions but this is not one of em because it was clearly done out of spite cause she got her a boyfriend and after she didnt wanna date him. He only gave her the chance to live there in hopes of getting with her. That was obvious. Do you really think its a coincidence that he showed up at both her jobs?
