Henry Paul, Hughie Thomason and Billy Jones were a special blend vocally, and creatively as song writers. It’s regrettable that they weren’t able to mix the hard core rock with the softer country sounds like the eagles did.

You just informed me of the death of Gordon Lightfoot. What a troubadour!!! I’m jealous. He was a big influence on so many people, even from the Wheeling West Virginia area, which is my neck of the woods.
