Thanks for sharing! Do you need a permit from the county to host? Do you need to hire a surveyor?

Grayish area depending where in the county you are at. Some cities require it, in the unincorporated areas, it depends on your setup and structures. I don’t have one for my set up. Just make sure you pay the Transient Occupancy Taxes to the county if required. For the surveyor question, if I understand it correctly, I hired one to plot my corners on my property so I could fence it off.
