there is intent of stalling before outburst for Sena's charge to cooldown exactly enough(the weirdly put Helia charged atk and Thelema 3 hits), getting that one extra charged attack from Senadia before outburst means a lot in my case because it's the damage I was lacking to end the run. With higher attack on Sena this run can potentially skip that part and instead switch to Sena - dodge and outburst immediately from the boss's phase transition.
